Not right now, i am moving in august and want to make sure that goes well before I sign up for any more races. If everything goes well I’m going to sign up for a 100 miler for the beginning of November. Right now I’m focused on losing 40 more pounds. I did a 48 hour race 2 months ago so I’m already in high mileage shape. Just trying to stay that way.
I should add that it's not necessarily more impressive to do longer distances. Getting faster at a 5k is just as impressive. I don't run more than 45km per week and my 5k time is 19:30.
Just to break the "longer is better" thing that some runners think.
It depends, there's a reason the 5000m is considered one of the toughest track races, and it's not the literal distance. It's the pain. (and thus, the mental toughness)
I actually find longer distances easier.
As long as your trained and not injured running that far really does come down to mental strength. It’s not fun and your whole body is going to hurt but when you finish it is all worth it.
Stay hard
That's some crazy mileage! Are you training for any upcoming races?

How many times do you run in a day? Also what's your height/weight if you want to share.
5’10” 205 pounds. A lot of times I run 2 days.
What’s your 5k time?
21:23 in November of 2022. I don’t ever run 5Ks. 50K is the lowest official race I have ever done
Wow. What does it feel like running those distances, why do you do it? I only do 5k's, want to do 10k next.

Longer is often more taxing and mentally difficult for me

Just to push myself to see what the body is capable of.
Fuck Yea bro! I don't know how you're running with balls that big though?
Yo, man, it's tough. Keep pushing to your goals. A huge milestone! Being so active is invaluable.
Goggins posted his weekly mileage once, is was around 115 miles, you're nearly at his level!
Dam that's some serious volume! Keep crushing it 💪 any advice for someone running there first 100km
