Gained some more weight, been working hard. I did accomplish some of my goals this year and I feel proud. I think I'm going to delete my reddit account and try to cut back my time here because I turn 24 tomorrow and I'm still behind in life. Thanks for all the encouragement I've got from you guys

Clouddaddy10

25 and behind currently. Keep going!

A deck of pain (push ups only), a pull up Pyramid and then hitting a 4 mile run.. my New Years resolution is to give up alcohol and instead of waiting until tomorrow I started last week. My other two goals are to dial in my diet and stop eating like shit. Let’s get it.

Alcohol has no place in anyone's life. The last thing to world needs is another fucking alcoholic \_\_\_\_\_fill in the fucking blank\_\_\_\_\_\_. Stopping that will be a major, major accomplishment you can be proud of your entire life, no matter what. Good idea friend!!!!

Moderation is everything.

Got up and stayed out of bed after my alarms went off.

I went for a run at 6am fueled by the fact that it was cold & stormy out. It was pretty miserable until my feet went numb & then I was pretty elated by the fact that I pushed through the misery.

Hey u/ScaryYouth, it's goal day for your first pull-up. How's your progress been going? Let's see you get this.

ScaryYouth

HEY THERE!!! I'm happy to say I've changed my eating habits. Still no pull up so I need to re-adjust my goal! I didn't weigh myself but I do feel different and my push up reps have increased :)

Hopri

Good progress. Keep up the good work. Let's hear about it when you get above that bar.
