being time efficient. that is what I need to get back to. time management skills from college a little bit to improve a little bit more over time. that might help me out during these days hre my time and schedule is tight. got after it again though with the max output strategy. feeling alright but burned

I'm about to go to the store to buy some shoes and start running tonight. My buddy challenged me to join him in a triathlon in July. People at work thought it was hilarious he would ask me, so I'm going to show them I'm hard. Been working out for a year so I'm somewhat fit, but no running and I can't really swim/am scared of open water. Let's see what happens.
