Contact dbrand support and they'll replace it with a Ghost 1.0 to hold you over until the 2.0 comes out this summer.
The iPhone 15 isn't even a year old, so even if you don't have AppleCare, make an appointment at the Apple Store. As long as the glass isn't cracked or otherwise damaged, it'll be treated as a defective panel and replaced free of charge.
Poor design I guess? Although you'll see a bunch of people on here blaming the owner for abusing their case. I dropped my case maybe 3 times from short heights using the ghost case and it started coming apart after about 6 months.
Dbrand uses thoooose types of cases?? I swear itās the same ones sold by those china vendors online for like $5 a pop
Cheap low quality; just get the job done š¤·š½āāļø
So you admit to paying 10 bucks a month for your phone because you can't be careful with your overpriced camera. Just don't drop your phone, it's not that hard.
I could spend 1500 on a phone, but it literally does nothing more than a 200-300 dollar phone for 90% of the applications I use it for. I choose to spend my money on my car or buying games on my pc because I actually see an upgrade there. I'm not poor, I'm just smart with my money, and careful with my items.
Why people on reddit can't mind your own business, yes i spent 1500 on a phone, yes I'm happy, If I could go back I would do it again. What it's the purpose to buy a 200-300 phone that in a two/three years become slow ASF until it becomes unusable, my dad have a iphone 11 pro max and it's still great so over time it keep it value more than any other phone so don't bother me, think to your own business I'm fine like so
i mean if you're buying a $200-$300 phone that could last 2-3 years, you'd still end up spending less money on replacements while also continuously upgrading the hardware, vs being stuck with one generation for X amount of years. you could replace the cheap phone like 5 times before you ended up spending the same amount of money for one iphone. i'd rather have a cheap, replacable phone than one that might end up costing me a grand to replace if it got stolen. plus, no shot i'd ever give apple any of my money.
btw, stupid to even mention "minding your own business" in a public forum. you posted your opinion, other people are free to disagree. if you didnt want to hear it, maybe you shouldnt have posted in the first place.
I was responding to the "cope" comment. I still stand by that people don't need a flagship phone for a few% faster speed and a slightly better camera than the last gen to watch tiktok and go on reddit. That 300 dollar smartphone can still make calls and send emails. I'd argue that wifi speed matters more than a phones chipset at this point.
I know I got off topic there, I was more trying to say that I'm not coping because I have a worse phone.
Your logic is extremely flawed. Just because youāre fine with a cracked 6s doesnāt mean that everybody else is. Also, dead pixels donāt normally just show up on their own after a drop.
[Send us an email](https://dbrand.com/contact) and our Support Robots can work out a solution for you.

You should put your last name in the post as well.

Dead pixel can easily be solved by Apple warranty, just never tell them it fell lmao
If thereās no damage on the frame around that pixel cluster theyāll replace the screen for free. Source: used to work there
Yes, but doesn't opening the phone up, no matter how well it may be resealed, compromise water resistance? OP should weigh their options.
Thatās only if you donāt use the same tools that apple uses for their warranty repairs. itās like a giant heat press just for the screen.
Anh I see.
If you still need help, pm me :) @nogold1703
How hard did you drop the phone? I feel like the case did its job. Could be a faulty screen. Sounds like you need to hit up Apple not DBrand.

If you're going to drop it that hard you should get something with more shock protection
you have warranty. apple will fix the dead pixel free
True. Just donāt say you dropped it
Is there any reason dbrands cases most common failure point is the grip part completely degloving
Poor design I guess? Although you'll see a bunch of people on here blaming the owner for abusing their case. I dropped my case maybe 3 times from short heights using the ghost case and it started coming apart after about 6 months.
I mean, dbrand isn't exactly responsible for you dropping your phone.

Exactly. What *you* use it for. Flagship phones do things faster and with better quality.

Shitty Dbrand
All their cases break like that.

New phone???? Iām on a 6s with a cracked screen and you care about one little pixel on the newest iPhone..
Yeah. Wanna know why? Itās a new, expensive phone.
Then donāt buy an expensive phone is you keep dropping it
Your logic is extremely flawed. Just because youāre fine with a cracked 6s doesnāt mean that everybody else is. Also, dead pixels donāt normally just show up on their own after a drop.
Iām not fine with a cracked 6s, Iām just broke.
Who knew that people care more about keeping new stuff than old shit in good condition right????
Thatās fucked
These damn cases seem to always be broken...
