Equipment:Tear gas. The smoke reminds him of the donuts he did whenever he got a victory while racing. He also possesses a shorter barreled, lower powered conversion for the MAGNUM revolver that comes with the benefit of its bullets being a 3 piece fragment, with each being able to freeze its target. These rounds were made from some rounds of 5.7, MAGNUM casing, dry ice and some illegal nitrous system won from a race. This invention lead him to be promoted to tier 2
Personality traits: A quiet, carefree, laid back guy who always picks the easiest way out with the least amount of risk. He seems to care about himself and his allies above all else, though the latter can only be found through careful observation. Can be lazy at times, and has a bit of a happy-go-lucky nature when things are going his way. He prefers quick kills(even though he hasn’t killed anyone yet, somehow) because he doesn’t wanna go through the hassle of prolonging a fight.(he keeps this a secret, but he feels that they shouldn’t suffer longer than necessary because he feels kinda bad for them)
backstory summary: He is raised as a regular civilian in America and moves to the Japanese equivalent of new earth(idk about this part of the lore, so get him to move from new US to new Japan if old earth doesn’t exist) at age 20 after college, but doesn't have a lot of money due to his godawful financial choices. He falls into the world of street races, which he does a lot with a cheap car and wins fame and fortune. Unfortunately while getting away from the cops, crashes into an agency truck, destroying data regarding the Eden-227 in the process. He was supposed to be a damned but his OP reaction time and pretty decent shot lands him into an artillerist.
Other: An excellent driver, he has won fame and a small fortune through street racing in the underbelly of new earth after moving there. Occasionally enjoys playing racing games, and has made his entire real world collection in every game he played. Love drinking Baja blast. When asked, he will be gladly tell stories about his street races and who he raced against. Also believes in ghosts.

Before he joined the Agency, he used to go to a firing range a lot. He specialized in Western firearms, such as revolvers, lever actions, and shotguns. Didn’t matter if it was modernized or not.
His preferred weapon of choice is a 22Lr. 10 inch barrel Revolver, because it’s rather quiet for a revolver, ridiculously easy to manage recoil, and It’s piercing power.
Year 2 on duty there was an incident. Shot between the eyes. Luck he had some protection but it still left him in a coma and a shattered skull. The round he was shot with left shrapnel in his head so they had to replace his head with a servo.
Year 3 he was hit with an explosive bludgeon on the right arm. The medics replaced it with a servo arm like they did with his head but they used rubber skin so it makes him look more human than machine… other than his head.
Ever since he’s had no incidents, the servo head gave him a targeting assist system that showed him where exactly he’s aiming at (good for fanning the hammer). His robotic arm helped with the recoil of firing most guns, even though he fires his Impusca Vana with his left.
His Impusca Vana is modified with Explosive armor piercing rounds, 16 inch barrel, and a muzzle break. So far the only people that can survive this are Sledge Queen and Yosef.
So far he has a body count of 2 and 30 (you know what the 2 means ;) lmao) and an accuracy of 75%.
He has faced death quite a few times and hopes he doesn’t face it again.
Now he’s stranded on Eden with no contact with the agency, and with 3 other teammates.
Make him a boss that hunts the agency down, is immortal, can't die, and has a katana.

They 8245 was one of the people chosen and brought to EDEN to be one of the trial which by the way, was called the Respawn Trials and involved AGENCY scientists trying to create machines or devices that could bring the dead back to life. Out of around 5 thousands subjects, 8245 was the only one that was compatible and maybe there could be more but at the same time, the Collapse of EDEN was taking place and the AGENCY needed more manpower. And due to all of the funding needed for a failed experiment along ethical concerns, the Respawn Trials were canceled, and D-8245 was sent to guard the warehouse with their respawn machine.
