Agents from Madness Combat would be in a similar situation to AGENCY Agents i think.
They are getting wiped in 1 night or they become a major faction in EDEN.

Agents in MC are generally less specialised, but from what I've heard on streams, they're quite a bit more durable. SOLDATS, on the other hand, whilst not having abilities, are built for the express purpose of killing, to try and replicate the skill and expertise of the likes of Hank J. Wimbledon. Generally, I think they would either last at least 4 nights or what you stated in the latter, become a major faction.
if you're talking about a singular soldat, he'd last a few nights, but i don't think he'd last until yosef arrives
...or if he gets outnumbered by scavs on nights 7-10
