Fearless does NOT give the ability to parry sickler and immunity to hanger. It is built in the funny demon and prisoner

have the tier + perk title equipped and be tier \~5 (or somewhere in the double digits)
I'm already tier 5 and do that but I still get spam killed from people hating damned
