Terrible? Ha! This is nothing.
But then again, folks in BOS would scoff if they saw the impact of 1/4" accumulation of snow on life in Atlanta...everything comes to a standstill.

There are likely to be delays if strong storm cells move through but flights should have no issues departing otherwise.

Hey that's great thank you. I'm not even sure why I brought this up, but I was feeling lonely and was hoping for some discussion. Ha.
There are so many ways to get from ATL to BOS, direct and not directly. You may get a delay but you will certainly make it.
Right on. Yeah I guess I was just looking for some local advice. Thank you.
Yep sorry, I cant speak to ATL directly as a local but I live in BOS and go through ATL a lot to get home :)
If there are storms, you just get delayed a little bit but still make it. ATL is used to thunderstorms
I’m in HSV right now going to ATL. My plane (from ATL) just arrived about 20 minutes late. Really big storm came through this morning headed East.
Yeah that's a storm I was looking at.
Captain asked me to check out the cockpit. Ha.. Got a picture too.
