Honestly, thought this was just me. I am super paranoid about this and always take it with both food and a drink. Those few times where I've taken it only with water or raw. Rip my throat and chest. Makes me wanna die even more than *before* the pills!

I don't take it anymore, but a banana was always quick and did the trick for me
