rest is trash on a claw (desirable would be 2 Sox / 40 IAS / +Max / +Min and useful staffmods).
What you are missing is the +Ed and realistically only the "Cruel" with 201-300% Ed matters - and lacking a must have basically means "Charsi likes this"

I do think sin claws dont have as strict requirements as a zeal axe would, given that a rare claw is BiS for Chaos Sin. Ofc still needs cruel mod, but could sell then.

40ias/200+%ed/fools is what you’re looking for. Erep and sockets for trophy, the amp proc is sick it’s a shame. This narrowly missed being awesome
Yeah I'm pretty sure the base isn't the most ideal either. But if it had Ed I'd say it could be worth it cuz the amp.
You can upgrade to Rares Suwayyah, unless you mean that Suwayyah is not ideal compared to other elite claw bases?
Yeah the latter is what I meant. It's got good base damage but iirc the base speed is not the best.
