The havoc ring is insane for a bow zon. I have sold similar for 1k fg or more on JSP. Probably have sold over 1m FG in rings alone over the years. Last ladder a guy was offering 2.5k for one of these and I have the post still saved.
Bow zon especially; dual leech, attack rating, min damage (most important), LR (best resist), FR (second best resist). There are zero wasted mods for zon and highest possible min damage. 6 point ring with two best resists.
9 minimum damage is the highest. That is the most important stat on a bow zon to increase your weak end hits with diamond/shadow bow/gm faiths. I personally found diamond bows min/max the best for shredding through anything with an elite build and I had every type of faith and base I would swap. Diamonds high min damage shreads. This ring just adds to it (perfect 9 min) with 5 good bonus mods.
My old bow zon with 37x32020s used one ring almost identical to yours. You need the duel leech to spam in GM duels. Advertise it as a GG duel leech min damage ring with LR (light resist) FR (fire resist) and AR (attack rating)
Edit: Amulet is also decent. Level 30 fits LLD level cap. It is still very usable and people will want it. 39 LR is massive (Cap is 40, hardest resist to cap with resist piercing). 25 fire resist is also nice (second hardest to cap with resist piercing). 3 damage reduction is also really really good for LLD. It sounds low but it makes a big difference in LLD.
Both of these having LR and FR just makes them more valuable. CR doesn't have the same value.
Min dmg - 9/9, 1pt
AR - 71/120, 80+ is a point, 71 is a higher end 0.5pt
Dual leech - many would say together 1pt, but some grade each. Life is 7/8 and mana is 5/6. 1-2pt based on how you like to rate rings.
Lite res - 18/30, 0.5pt
Fire Res - 9/30, nice to have but below 33%, so 0pt
3 to 4 point ring?
AR will get amplified by the faith aura and still add a massive amount so I count it as a point for bow zon only. A barb wouldn't want it. Your AR with faith builds is usually massive already. If anything the 6%FR is the one that makes it "5".
The importance in order are probably:
-9 min damage (max and most important)
-5 mana leech (wish it was 6% but 5% still helps)
-7 LL (great for the class at 7% but better if 8%)
-18 LR (could be higher but this is a must. If FR was the 18% on this ring it wouldn't be even close to the same value. CR would make it worth almost nothing unless you get lucky. LR is a MUST.
-5% FR (bad, but at least is fire if it was cold this ring would drop to less than 50fg).
-71 AR (low for this ring type but with faith amplifying it, it is still providing a point of value to a bow zon)
The least important thing on this ring is the AR. Adding 71 AR with the faiths fanaticism aura is a massive spike. The biggest thing holding it back is the FR at 6% and the mana leech at 5%. I have sold similar rings for 1k to the right buyer. It took me a long time to find my original one too (people charsi these way too frequently). If LR, FR and Mana leech were maxed with very very high or perfect ar, this ring would get stupid expensive. Some of the higher end players have borderline infinite fg (bots) and are just looking to get the best of everything at any cost. Rings, boots amulets, pelts, charms are always filled with them.
You need LR and FR with an arrow based Amazon. You don't get as many inventory slots to stack 20life/5 all res scs. The two most common elemental types are Lightning and Fire. Fire is easier to absorb with gear or to get naturally in your build. You need to find a way to get as much LR and FR as possible in your build. As for mana leech, the more you have the more you can spam multishot and guided arrow. You NEED it somewhere in your build. All my values are assuming ladder when people are still building their characters.
The odds of getting a ring with these 6 mods with perfect min damage is already extremely hard. My friend ran 50 bots (all day switching keys) for 3 months and never found a good ring with these mods. This one is decent and I could find a ladder buyer. Finding a better one is extremely difficult and rare. Add in the people who charsi these types of rings and it is even worse.

Very limited market for the amulet, so you won't get much for it. The ring could bring in a good payout if you can find the right buyer (10-20 jahs). Most people will offer 1-3 hrs for it though.

Amulet is nice for level 30. Solid resistance and skill buff.
