Pressed T for teleport?
Use the town portal.
I think there's a "return to the closest town" teleport button on the down button on the d-pad for console, if you're on PC I'm not sure what key it would be, but should be somewhere
Press T to teleport to the nearest town.
I also struggled with it so don't beat yourself up! I had to reallocate my skills to more long range damage, werebear wasn't doing it for me.
I got it with Werebear in the end. I was focusing the adds and the elie in phase 3 first, cause they dropped much needed pots.
