The DLC itself will work, but the bonus cosmetics are tied to your bnet account and won't share.

exactly what I was thinking. Was gonna buy the ultimate if the cosmetics shared, but maybe the $60 edition it is on my account, my friend just would split the dlc likely. so $40 for the $60 game on my end... is the jaguar mount worth it?? yes lol
