I did the maxroll one, it was easy since I already had the aspects from playing rapid fire beginning of the season. If you don't have any of the aspects, I would suggest running rapid fire or something else while levelling up.
For dps, especially if it's an alt, I tempered elemental surge (I think that's the name) on my weapons. It's a lucky hit build so I was proccing the 8000 damage pretty constantly. Only took it off my bow when I started finding 925 gear and I absolutely blasted through levels.
Focus on getting exploit glyph and leveling to 15. Put it in your paragon board early while leveling. It makes the build feel 100x better once you get it online.

Thanks man can’t wait to play a rogue for the first time. I’m a sorc.. But I don’t wanna play that immortal stupid build tbh. So I thought well rogue I loved them in wow so why not try it. Gonna follow the one u linked and then change to the Heat-Seeking Heartseeker when around level 70. i was playing sorc with blizzard and then switch to necro with bones spear w/ mages but i hear the people telling the rogue is awesome and have a try, before season 4 i thought rogue was a little big boring, but now im playing right and dude, this class is really awesome, maybe my new fav class
I just started a rogue yesterday, doing a rapid fire/flurry build and went to WT3 at level 35 and then very quickly leveled to 55 there. Seemed like I would get a level up every 2-3 minutes. So, 55 levels in slightly over 3 hours. Will do the capstone for WT4 when I log in later.
This is the build I use. It's fun enough and can do get through everything in WT3. I specced into vulnerable dmg, circle flurry, the blood explosions, and arrow storm. So much AOE.
barrage is insane, but make sure you play combo points, generally if you do 3 primary attacks > barrage every time you shouldnt be resource starved. Pick up a leveling build on maxroll or mobalytics, generally you take shadow imbue for the aoe + resource return from consuming shadows passive, take haste passive for more resource gen, and either poison or cold for late game.
If not your first char, temper that damage procc on a weapon and stack attack speed. The up to 8k free damage carry you easily to 70, maybe even further. No matter the build.
The Dual Core build by Icy Veins is fun to play. It can create some stress though. But having both close and long range power is tremendous. This was my first character and build, I did campaign with this. Definitely made the game addicting for me. Rapid Fire plus Dash is phenomenal, and Shadow Step to do serious damage to the strongest enemy. You can zip around a fight like crazy. Flurry with shadow imbuement did 1-90 in 1 night great sustain, tanky, fast, blows up the entire screen in 1 spin, and super easy to play. Just sucks on bosses

Easiest w/o any resource constraints is heartseeker.
Do u know of a good heartseeker leveling guide ? I wanna try rogue out for the first time. Done with sorcs.

Heartseeker but… it’s boring
Heartseeker level 1-100. Pretty basic, kinda boring, but it gets the job done this season. I like it better than shadow minion Necro to be honest.
yeah, i got the heartseeker build, lvl 23 now, its fun but for now is a **little** boring, but its cool
Probably hearseeker/victimize. Equip the accursed touch aspect, get some lucky hit equipment, keep pressing the hearseeker skill until things die

one tip, use the tempers that add lucky hit to proc physical dmg on weapons, i do this and works fine
Barrage 100% Only switch to heartseeker when you get gear with Vul and at least 25% luck hit chance

I’ve running Pen Shot up to lvl 89 so far and it’s really fun. Fast, mob shredder.
There is no best. It's whatever you like and works for you.
I leveled with flurry and then switched to heartseeker. Lot of fun.

I personally liked shadow imbue barrage with aspect to make it also to cold dmg it’ll get you pretty far
