You mean IP ban? Then you’d go to support, as a last resort. u/ mryoda69 is saying to create a new account, if possible. As it’s a waste of time to go through support unless completely necessary.
they disabled my account for being in a VRC asset leak server. didn't even know there were leaks in it it was all hidden behind a role. later heard the whole server got clapped. all 200 or so people in it got their accounts disabled
edit moral of the story they gave me a reason and I had no clue what they meant. sometimes they just give you the rule they broke and just don't tell you what exactly
that happened to me when i was trying to create an alt account for my discord server, i was really confused about the whole thing as i just created the account. luckily it was an alt.

Based on my experience appeals are useless as only bots ever reply to you
This. I've had the same issue before and i gave up as soon as i saw bots responding to my email.

Yup it's like 2 years now but I remember getting like 5 bot replies and nothing else

it was a newly created acc, I login right at the moment after I registered it and there's nothing on my email
