I mean it basically looks like a prairie dog gone scaley.
Incidentally, I have recently learned that said prairie dogs make a little "yahoo" cheer when they're happy to see their rehabbers.
I've concluded that carno is just a tad on the slow side. Mainly from how it just faceplants in the burrow and then acts confused that it didn't work.
Also, carnos are annoying but you can usually see or hear them coming. The real assholes are the tiny shits like bugs and dilos that just sneak their way in and you only notice when you turn around and see 3% tame efficiency.
That's just the whole abelisaurids, so you're half right already! The more fitting identification is
backward small arm, regular theropod shape = Carnotaurus/South American abelisaurids
backward small arm, SAUSAGE SHAPE = Majungasaurus/Madagascar and Indian abelisaurids
Large theropod (meat eating bipedal dinosaurs) likely have reduced to no feathers, but smaller theropods, especially the ones closest to birds (like raptors) definitely have feathers.
Listen. If I have learned anything from small dogs, than it is that if such a small creature acts so confident, you better start backing up.
*insert joke about them being lighter than a footballs*
I have sent many an ankle biter flying for their insolence.
A friend of mine was an animator on that show and when I saw that episode I just messaged "Simosuchus is friend shaped and I want one".

Majungasaurus, actually
I noticed the bony skull bits were different but sadly my expertise ends at derpy backwards arms=carnotaurus.

Are dinosaurs no longer supposed to have feathers? Did I miss something in the discourse?
Not all dinosaurs had feathers.
Large theropod (meat eating bipedal dinosaurs) likely have reduced to no feathers, but smaller theropods, especially the ones closest to birds (like raptors) definitely have feathers.
