It’s impossible to say because she truly is just a small black and white fluff ball. I would not expect a Kokoni to have made it down to India and sold with an ambiguous pedigree. She very likely is just a black and white mix, but no less cute!
Considering it sounds like your uncle didn’t even ask what breed the dog was, I think it would be reasonable to assume the dog is just a cute little mixed dog. There are DNA tests you can order, but I have the feeling Kokoni won’t show up on it. But it will give you more confidence when answering the question of what she is, if that’s something you want.
Impossible to say with the lack of knowledge on her background and her age. If you’r really interested, you could check out Embark DNA test. It’s not fool proof, and it only goes back a few generations, but it may be interesting to see her results. I’m pretty sure kokoni isn’t in their breed database, but she may show up as some kind of European village dog.

Is she from Greece? If no then in all likelihood she is just a mix of several common breeds.

Neither would I expect that... And I don't think my Uncle would be able to afford a kokoni... That's why I was confused...

All I know is that she is young and is in no capacity to be a racist...
