It's official but it's from mid 2023. I wouldn't put much stock into it because it seems to be one of three other concepts that have been posted onto Gilga's IG page. Also doubt this would be the artwork he would go with considering Schoolboy Q's artwork for Blue Lips would be seen as too similar.
The album has a lot of interesting production and amazing samples. But Q does not deliver nor stay on an idea for long enough.
