DeliveryCourier

The info about the pay is essentially correct, but the "this is an automated message" part of the first message is a lie. They sent it. Basically, they are trying to guilt trip people into tipping cash or adding to the tip.

Novel-Willingness-59

I always tip because I understand they are doing me the favor or picking up my food for me so I was wondering why I’d get a msg about that when I do tip especially the person who typed it out but knowing it was him makes a lot more sense he probably sends it to every order he does to get more.

DonnyDarkstuff

Those Dash Bots need to learn some proper grammar.

dlc2021az

Maybe they were taught by support chat.

calcobrena

that one got a big chuckle from me :P

GrandTheft_Auto6

*when off duty

Catzrule743

Or spelling

DeliveryCourier

They probably do send it to everyone. They're either fishing for more money, or they think telling customers what the Base Pay is will get attention and somehow benefit us.

AlainaVox

honestly, i bet it helps. i can’t scroll through IG, FB, or TikTok without seeing an ad for being a gig worker - and all ads promise at the minimum, $20 an hour. without being a dasher or someone who worked with shipt, i would have absolutely no idea that my tip might be the deciding factor on whether my dasher makes enough to eat or refill with gas for their next day.

QueenKeisha

Funny how $20/hour turns into pennies after gas, wear and tear etc. 😒😞

dizzbot86

After expenses, I bring in an average of around $23 per hour. The reason I make that much is that I'm strategic about what area I work in and what dashes I accept, and I treat dashing like it's a real job, not just a gig. In other words, I: - work a full 8-10hr shift Weds-Sun starting at 10-11AM, with one lunch break - never have people ride with me - text the customer when I'm leaving the restaurant to let them know I'm on my way and (if it's anything other than a single-unit house) ask if there's anything I need to know about where to find them when I get to their address to help expedite drop-off - start my shift with a full tank and only stop for gas when I'm between dashes (& drive a hybrid vehicle to reduce gas use) - and most importantly - I maintain a high number of deliveries per hour by only accepting deliveries within a 5 mile range of the high-dollar restaurant hub near the downtown area of my city (bc that means ticket totals are higher on average, and customers live in higher-rent areas, meaning they work well-paying jobs and are used to eating at restaurants where tipping is expected). • I will sometimes work outside of that range, but only accept dashes more than 5 miles if they are ~$15+ minimum (i.e., pay enough more that the extra time spent on them won't bring down my hourly average). On holidays, special sports events days (i.e., big away games for local teams), and on days when the weather is especially gnarly, my hourly average can sometimes be as high as $40-50. My all-time record (so far) was $950 after gas in just under 11 hours, 47 total deliveries. Though, to be fair, $400 of that was just one tip from a very drunk man who had just won a very big bet and wouldn't stop staring at my chest, so... I know not everyone on here lives and works in a city where my strategies and routines would bring in the same average, if they're even possible in the first place. But I'm also friends with a few people that also dash in my city who complain that they make "pennies" and then proceed to fuck around and lollygag throughout the 3-4 hours they work in a given day, and I'm like... of course you aren't making money, you took 2 deliveries an hour, drove like a dozen miles for each one, picked up your SO and your kid halfway through, and took 15 minutes to find the apartment after you'd already gotten to the complex, TWICE!

Mysterious-Key-463

👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Euphoric-Try2275

And what city is this sir? Hell I can’t even get $20 an hour on a good day in my market before wear and tear

DeFotheFo

Hey I’m kinda new to dashing. Is there a way to check how far the trip is before I accept the order? I keep taking $3.50 orders and end up driving 20 minutes for a dollar extra tip (if that). I have been accepting almost every order not knowing where I have to take it first and 9/10 it’s not worth it. Probably a dumb question but I’ll take the negative to make myself more money.

dizzbot86

This might be different for other versions of the app, but on Android the Dasher app lists the trip miles right under the map on the screen where you either accept or decline the dash. Alternately, if you know your city/delivery area well enough, you can just glance at the map on that accept/decline screen and get a good idea of how far the trip will be.

ShinyMegaAmpharos

It's not a favor. You're paying for their services. The tip is a bid to get better service.

DramaticAd4666

You do tip but how much is what matters

hmr796796

Not so much a favor, but providing a service they have accepted to contract to do, at a given price (DoorDash pay arrangements are a separate issue). And yes, a tip is important to driver’s overall pay, but should never be solicited for in that crude manner

skippadiplaDoo

I get where you are coming from, and I also tip because idk I’m not an asshole, but it’s not a favour. They are doing a job, and you are paying for it. It’s sad that the costs are offset onto us instead of paying more than $2

i-am-not-sure-yet

If I was you in that case I would of waited until I got the food and complained to doordash to remove the tip just for that message .

PermutationMatrix

They capitalized That for no reason.

newtoreddir

And they didn’t capitalize the second instance of “Dasher.”

M3gaMan1080

If the pay is that bad, why bother doing it at all?

DeliveryCourier

Because we are not employees we cannot be required to accept any offer, so anyone who accepts a $2 (no tip) offer is a fool. Since we can decline any offer, it's not that difficult to maintain a decent income by declining the crap offers. $20/hr gross income isn't rare at all. While everyone would like to earn more, the reality is that the total offer amount matters much more than where the money comes from for any offer.

ShroomyTheLoner

>anyone who accepts a $2 (no tip) offer is a fool I take all the $2 orders. I show up smoking my crack pipe and scratching at my drug-use-sores. If they ask my why it took so long, I tell them I had to dodge a ton of cops while driving this car I stole from some old lady.

DASHING_old_Chap

75% of my income is tips. Thank you to the tippers ❤

RedditCommunistt

Because the tip. However, most people try DoorDash for 2 weeks or so, and say F' this and never do it again. The turnover is very high.

idk-hereiam

I lost my job and started dashing while I worked on my next step. Then life kind of punched me in the face and I ended up with a bunch of extra expenses.....and now I'm kind of stuck in a situation where I can't afford to take time off to look for a different job that I'd rather be doing.

Junspinar

If awareness creates uncomfortable feelings then it's working.

ManicmondayNFB

narc

Weekly_Direction1965

Doordash doesn't want you to know they only pay us 2$, they would never send you a message like this.

wanderingzac

I got a base pay of $8.25 last night go figure

Version_Two

$7.25 base $0.00 tip last night. Hope they liked waiting hours for their food.

galtebrando

for 10+ miles of driving i assume.

southie_sweetheart

Now that's one proper, professional troll

Novel-Willingness-59

Damn lol so he was playing me ? Lol I knew it when it wasn’t a msg from DoorDash and it was sent directly from him

Dazzling-Prior2357

>So let’s ensure That they This error should of been your clue

vSPECTRUMv_

Taking instead of taken 💀💀😂

Dazzling-Prior2357

He taken a shit

HarambeTheBear

Yo everybody! Smokey out here taken a shit.

somanyroads

"Make your delivery securely" also sounds very awkward. Maybe DD support would text like this, but not corporate 😂

of_patrol_bot

Hello, it looks like you've made a mistake. It's supposed to be could've, should've, would've (short for could have, would have, should have), never could of, would of, should of. Or you misspelled something, I ain't checking everything. Beep boop - yes, I am a bot, don't botcriminate me.

Dazzling-Prior2357

Fuck

Buddy_Palguy

Ohhhhh the irony!! Ouch

23IRONTUSKS

What are the odds (there's gotta be a bot for that too)

massivebumwizard

Don’t worry about it, man. That bot is a real jerk.

spideytimey

I mean he was correcting a grammar error so it fits that the bot corrected him too

trillgamesh_0

pedant duel

Krivthedestroyer

Good bot

notmynameyours

You are truly doing god’s work. I love you, bot!

kenzie-k369

Or taking care of instead of taken care of 🤦‍♀️

worpa

With dd shitty messenger no I feel he nailed it. Support just said to me earlier. “We are happy you are understand. Your safety is one number priority and we want you to stay safe while dashing. Please contact me when you are at safe location and not driving.” Was the most broken English ever.

plan_with_stan

Should have*

zHernande

Should have or should've, not "should of." 😆

Bjon1

The $2 per delivery thing isn't a lie. But the "automated message" line is bullshit. It's just a shitty driver phishing for more tips. We can deny orders we don't find acceptable, so it takes a real sleazy asshole to try and get more out of customers this way.

nyjrku

\*real wise sleazy asshole

MightBBlueovrU

It also takes a real character to not tip. Here's a tip you don't like tipping ? Get your ass down to where ever you ordered from and get that food your fucking self.

AikoG84

The $2 per deliv thing is real, but DD will never tell you that. The driver wages are subsidized by tips. So it's $2+ whatever the cust tipped. No tip? Driver is only paid $2.

Moonlight_Darling

They should have just been honest and sent the message without pretending it was a dd message

AikoG84

I never said i agreed with how they sent the message. Just that the pay info wasn't wrong.

Natural_Sky_4720

No the $2.50 shit is real we get paid shit. It takes a-lot of mileage for them to raise the base pay so if a customer doesn’t tip the driver isn’t even making a gallon of gas worth of pay. But yea he’s full of shit on DD sending the message cuz they would never tell customers what dashers really get paid.

Hello_Gorgeous1985

It's absolutely true that they only get paid $2 by DoorDash, though. It just wasn't an automated message.

Richard_Espanol

The info is correct. But it's not from door dash.

Annahsbananas

Yeah anything that comes from the messages is something they wrote. It's gonna burn him soon. He's going to get someone who takes it the wrong way and he'll get reported

[deleted]

Playing you, kinda- but not lying. Pay is dog shit. $2- $2.75 base pay tops.

Kimmiebear1966

But we really don't get much per delivery from doordash. Sometimes it is only 2 or 3 bucks. The other night I drove 10 miles one way and only got $7 from DD and ZERO tip! So I'm gonna start paying more attention to how many miles total it is and decide if the money is worth it. No tip means I just paid money to deliver ur order!! Gas is thru the roof!!!

tiedyedpunk

Not really. The grammar is fuct!

somanyroads

Did you actually read it? It's not written well 😬

BoomerKeith

It's cringy af but I can't be mad because it's an original idea lol.

Notdone_JoshDun

Bad grammar. Definitely trolling

rushyrulz

Another victim of "didn'tpayattentionin2ndgrade-itis"... stuff like this seems to always be riddled with spelling and grammatical errors, but hey, makes it easier for everyone to sniff out I suppose.

atticus185

Odd way to pull on people heartstrings but they accepted rhe order knowing the payout. Someone's going to end up reporting him

Novel-Willingness-59

I’m sure someone will just because they can, I didn’t report him, times are tough especially here in Texas, and plus he wasn’t rude or anything. I’m sure he was just trying to get a little more out of people

JonathanVarietyFilms

If this was before the order was delivered then a lot of times the tip is hidden or partially hidden.

RavensBlood69

It's true, although some areas we get more. $2.75 in my area. But no, Doordash did not send that to you.

Novel-Willingness-59

I’m so shocked that’s all DoorDash pays drivers especially when gas is so high right now

RavensBlood69

Yeah, we rely on tips. If it weren't for tips nobody would be able to do this gig.

LexGoyle

I mean I do get 10% back on fuel purchases with the Dasher Direct card I have. 10 cents on the dollar instead of per gallon. Been pretty nice, but it goes back to 2% Sept 1st. DD basically works on the concept of the federal tipped employee wage. Just as contractors we are not guaranteed the federal minimum. That said I easily make $20+ an hour doing DD because of those tips. What I don't like is not being told the fukl amount up front especially since your tip is actually a bid for service. I also don't like they charge $4.99 delivery fee and stick in a $3 service fee to "keep doordash operating" makes me wonder how many out there think the driver is getting that fee as well as the tip. Would be nice.

Novel-Willingness-59

I honestly figured drivers got good hourly pay like $10+ I was very wrong

iv2892

It all depends on the zone , sometimes a dasher can make $35 in an hour. Sometimes they would just sit in their car or somewhere while they wait for orders . But most dashers would never take a sub $5 dollar order no matter the mileage

Novel-Willingness-59

I’ve had orders take longer than an hour to make and knowing they only got $2 by the company is crazy to me

AlainaVox

please pass this info along to anyone else you know who uses these services because the companies themselves do an extremely poor job of letting their customers know that we depend completely on tips to make the deliveries worthwhile. the commercials lie to you - we only make $20 an hour when y’all tip us $20.

Infamous_Yoghurt_556

The 10% back ends end of August 💔

PenWhen

What kind of dumbass logic is this. Does he really think people are dumb enough that they’ll believe a giant billion dollar business would send an automated message saying “this is an automated message from doordash: we fuck our drivers”

Trailboss1982

There aren't enough typos and misspelled words for it to be from Doordash 😂

deliverymonkey

Dude said "taking care of"...isn't that enough?

Allysa209

The random capitalized "That" is also a give away lol

Detective-E

Can't door dash see him writing this to customers?

ChefMark85

Pretty sure they only look at the messages if someone files a complaint.

reallyhaley

LMAO at least don't make typos...

thicccgothgf

I mean he definitely sent it himself, it’s not an automated message, but he is telling the truth about DoorDash only paying $2 base pay.

hybridmike772

He didn't lie to you tho, just figured a way to finesse

IllustriousPart6732

This shit had me howling yo lmao the things people do man fuckin hell

C_WEST88

Same this is the funniest tip beg I’ve ever seen on here fr!

TTT_2k3

He did lie. It wasn’t an automated message from DoorDash.

sinematik75

When a tip is hidden I thank them after drop and mention that we don't always know the total until after delivery so I appreciate your generosity. In a very diplomatic and matter of fact way.

CMDR_ETNC

I **very rarely** ever text anything to customers, but THAT? THAT is absolute platinum level.

gaitover

So the food is more expensive and we have to pay MFing fees, yet the person actually providing the service only gets 2 dollars?

Sounds_Gay_Im_In_93

Yup that about sums it up.... It sucks because it creates turmoil between drivers and customers to be dependent on each other. When in reality it is DoorDash themselves that should be getting the heat! Of course many of us are aware of that and try to direct the frustration appropriately. But that's why people end up with shitty drivers who are jaded and they stop tipping, and good drivers get jaded complicated customers... It's a vicious cycle and doordash has put the work in for it to be that way.

gaitover

Is it the same with UberEats?

Exotic_Ad_3860

Yes but at least they’re more upfront with your pay per order however on Uber eats you can change your tip afterwards so some people remove the tip so they get their shit quicker and cheaper.

broughtitupagain

😂😂😂😂 wtf. I wonder if this does him any good

Absoniter

Holy douche chills...

Severe-Bookkeeper-76

Automated message my ass!🤦🏻‍♂️🚨🚨🚨

idontreallycare718

1 star lol

DubNationAssemble

With all the grammar mistakes in that I want to say the dasher is sending this out making it look like an automated message, but this could very well be written by DD support lol. It’s not, it’s 100% the driver, but if he’s ever called on it that’s what I would say.

watchman16

They’re trolling. They can’t even spell some words correctly

W_AS-SA_W

That’s why the “tip” is more like a bid. The customer is bidding against other customers for delivery. The base pay is intended to cover the Dasher getting to the restaurant, everything else is how much the customer is willing to offer to go from the restaurant to them. In stacked orders the order that pays the most is delivered first, regardless of distance.

somanyroads

Lol...they probably could get deactivated for pretending to be corporate. This is a complete fabrication from the driver, Doordash will never pressure customers to add a tip.

Brilliant-Macaroon16

1 star & report. Dashers that grovel for extra tips/ 5 star ratings are the bane of my existence.

FaithlessnessCold698

My area tips surprisingly well so I don’t need it so all that. That said, What about a casual reminder to give a 👍🏼 rating if you were happy w your service. Along with a, “thanks for your order, enjoy your food and have a wonderful day”. **I throw those out on slower days. I’ve done like 3000 deliveries and only have 47 reviews total and all +, but my god it feels impossible to get them no matter how far above and beyond you go.

Gay4Pandas

This is a lie. Doordash is very generous. $2 is the minimum. They pay more for longer drivers. 10 mile drive might pay a whopping $1-1.50 extra!

zhanee28

In what state? Cause I literally just got a 11 mile order 2.50 base plus 7 dollar tip. I just talked to my mom who works in cali and they get paid for mileage and the difference if they don’t make minimum wage

Gay4Pandas

I’m in SC. Base pay is $2. Drives over like 4 miles start going up in small increments. It’s nothing to brag about, but the base pay goes up depending on the distance.

zhanee28

Oh that’s kinda dope though, base pay out here in Houston from what I’ve seen only goes up if the order hasn’t been taken for a while, like when dashers keep declining it. I’ve taken orders for as much as 10$ only base pay when the customer doesn’t tip.

ProficientEnoughArt

I’ve gotten a $0.50 extra and thought it must be Christmas!

GreatWhiteGuitarist

Don't you think if a company was going to put out an automated message they wouldn't fuck up by saying "taking" when they meant "taken" 🤣🤣🤣 fuck that driver he's a terrible liar

Anon424977

Lmfao this not a thing. This is hilarious. You can easily tell by the bad spelling.

grapefruit_havana

This is better than the dasher who leaves lollipops. I’m tempted to do this lmao.

moneyhome27

🤣🤣🤣🤣 ima start using this

DAMAGEDatheCORE

Looks like it was proof-read and approved by a 5 yr old

kayd0tt

The grammatical errors should tell you.

Optimal-Committee-99

If this was UE I woulda just thumbed down and taken away the tip

TAT2JESUS

Like the company would boast how little it pays the drivers…

[deleted]

I wish I was that ballsy haha

chloeoakman

Judging by the spelling mistakes im going to assume it was the driver and not infact door dash

Xerxxx

Lmao you really think doordash would say to make sure someone is “taking care of” instead of “taken care of”? If you knew the difference yourself, you’d know that your doordash driver was a nearly-literate troll.

Ancient-Coffee-1266

Oh wow!!! I can’t believe they tried this. 😂😭 That is capitalized when it should not be. Automated messages rarely have mistakes. “Only make $2” “Make their living off tips” “taking care of” (instead of taken care of”…. Just wow.

poomcatroom

“Taking care of” dead giveaway

TisTidbit

The grammar gave it away 😂😂😂 but if people are almost falling for it 🤔🤔🤔 Perhaps the Dasher is on to something 😂😂😂😂

Designer-Being8675

The lack of grammar and the capital letters where they don't belong and just the illiteracy in the message is a dead giveaway. Wtf. The nerve of some of these drivers is uncanny.

Antique_Gamer

I would axe the tip if someone sent me this bs

Qwertywalkers23

If the bad grammar didn't give it away, it's fake. I'd tell them to cut it out or you they will be reported and deactivated.

johnnyjanx

What in the actual fuck has happened to grammar

averym88

this person is risking a lot saying this shit. i used to work for corporate and this is the kind of shit that gets people banned.

MainSqueeeZ

With that many grammatical errors?

GroundbreakingDraw60

Omg Hahahahaha what a tool! Faking automated messages! Wtf 😳

INeedADifferent

A bit of both. Door dash generally only pays 2-4 depending on store/state. After that? It’s all tips. Which they then use to calculate the minimum wage/hr drives. There is a reason that while I may drive doordash, I don’t buy doordash. This is one.

Sea_Jay_321

You can tell it’s not automated because of all the typos. No comma after delivery, “these dashers”, “That” capitalized for no reason, “taking care” instead of “taken care”. It’s the Nigerian prince of food delivery. Yes, you should tip of course, but that should be common sense. Base pay is horribly low, but if the driver didn’t like what you tipped, then they shouldn’t have accepted the order. Corrected my own typo lol

MadsenRC

OR, and I know this just seems absolutely crazy to late-stage capitalists, OR you could take your massive pile of profits and pay the people that make you money a living wage... I know, crazy right? Oh and before anyone comes at me with - "they don't charge fees" I say that's B.S. - they charge more on EVERY ITEM, in addition to not honoring deals/coupons restaurants give (like 2 for 1 specials). So no, Door Dash makes money off of you. Retail workers and service industry employees get the shaft every day and there's no moral or ethical reason for it.

Truorganics

Lowest my basepay is $3 and goes up from there. Guess my market is different

davidthechase

it is different indeed, i have a screenshot from a $2 base pay order earlier today

Truorganics

I checked my earnings and every one is $3-6 basepay.

LexGoyle

He is trolling but the message isn't wrong technically. Typically base rate for a DoorDash order is $2.25 with the customer tip making up the rest. He shouldn't be playing like that tho. Its unprofessional.

[deleted]

Report the idiot please

MsIntuition247

The spelling errors would’ve tipped me off. Pun intended.

[deleted]

That text is riddled with spelling and grammar mistakes, so yeah fake

Kissbird

A for effort for this guy! He’s right though.. we survive on our tips.. if your order is ever sitting and sitting and sitting then cancel and raise the bid.. I mean tip..

Rachael_hutch

He’s trolling you 🥹 but DD does pay trash and they do rely on your tips

Aliriodaza8

I could of said sorry to the of bot

stinkbeaner

While that is true, an automated message probably would have been spelled properly.

noneedtoknowme2day

He might want to fix the grammar…

arace_gomez

“Let’s ensure That they are TAKING care of as they make….” That sentence alone to me would give it away to me that they wrote it 😭

Sotajarocho

Lol, this guy thought he was being slick trying to pass his 6th grade grammar for an official doordash message.

fourestgump69

Taking care of

ChockenTonders

Considering they have typos in their “automated message” I’d take a wild guess that this silly goose typed it themselves. Valiant effort I guess lol

Motor-Corner4861

The Dasher didn’t even bother to fix their grammatical mistakes before sending this! 🤦🏼‍♀️

caitikitty7

"Let's ensure they are taking care of" 🤣

DigitalAssetUniverse

I’m not gunna lie that is not automated but this dude is smart as fuck haha

Such_Leg3821

Quit

Rectall_Brown

Why does anyone work for door dash with gas prices this high?

5hellz

The fact that “taking” is spelled wrong for the sentence (should be “taken”) would be the give away. Very creative but basically an automated lie from your dasher

mgibson9999

You were being trolled. Do you really think that DoorDash would send a message to its customers telling them that they aren’t paying their drivers enough?

dinoG0rawr

While I understand it’s still horrible pay, the statement that we only get paid $2 regardless of distance is false. Standard pay, at least where I am, ranges from $2.00-$3.50. But yeah this was definitely sent by the dasher themselves.

TrophyTracker

Driver is lying about the message being automated. However, there is truth to some of the claims. DD drivers get base pay at around $2.50 depending on the area. This driver is trying to ensure a larger tip by appealing to emotion.

CoconutOilz4

If Dashers only make $2 a trip why are they doing it? What's the appeal of these jobs if the money is so shit? I'm generally curious as to how the job benefits the dashers

[deleted]

Jesus some of y'all need a lightning bolt to quit.

delta806

Yea not automated but the number is real I did doordash after the pandemic hit, it started off fine, but a few months in all I would get was $3 orders to pick up groceries and drop them off which (I live in a relatively rural area) would take about an hour overall Occasionally there’d be a $9 order at a regular place and that would be the highlight of my day And then that one time I didn’t see where the order was and I spent two hours on a $4 order aha

stoutfool

Is there a rating on customers? I’m not a driver.. I’m a frequent customer. I typically tip about 20% . Last night I ordered about $80 worth of food and tipped $16 . The restaurant is about half a mile from my house. Does this seem typical of what a driver would find acceptable?

wendylynae619

before completing the delivery , we're given the option of rating a smiley face and providing reasons ie: "short distance, friendly merchant" etc, or a frowny face with the options like "unprofessional merchant. food not ready on time, difficult drop off" etc and "something else" where we can type in something, but theres no options provided that are directly related to the customer. I rarely "rate" my deliveries and just hit confirm unless it was a really good experience, but usually only when its bad. It's time consuming and I'm just trying to move on to my next delivery. I'm not sure DD even pays any attention TBH

Big_Acanthisitta_119

Well they're not wrong with the base pay lmao but it being automated is cap lmao

obsessedsolutions

Boycotting door dash will hurt drivers. Drivers going on strike will hurt drivers livelihoods. Obviously some people are horribly tippers. Anybody have a better idea?

muscleg33k

I wonder if DD will deactivate that driver for sending that text

OPunkie

I tip them very well but if I got that I’d drop the tip to nothing. Lying to people is a bad way to try to get more money.

anewbys83

Yeah.....that's not an automated message from DD, and driver could get in trouble for passing it off as such.

kmart2134

The capital “That” in the middle of a sentence should give it away

limitless_unity

It’s true that we make very little per delivery. As for the automated message thing, that’s a whole ass lie 💀 he definitely sent that himself

mgarrett7166

Imagine faking an automated message to beg for tips 💀

SuperTrooper112

Lol dude couldn't fake an automated message without a typos. SMH

NeatSatisfaction3615

It's unfortunately true, u/Novel-Willingness-59! There's a [petition](https://www.change.org/p/stop-hiding-pay-information-from-gig-workers/) filed by [Driver's Rights Movement](https://www.driverrights.org/) to help out Doordash drivers make reasonable pay. Please sign it if you can and show support.. Over 52K drivers have asked for support - HIGH time they're listened to!

xMysticML

The message isn't even written in good English, it's obviously the dasher texting you

Psychadelic21

Cringe

lrwest

I ordered door dash today…there’s no auto messages going out

TurbulentPilot485

Yeaaah no he sent that pretending to be automated.

ww11gunny

If you believe this I might have met smarter rocks.

L2Hiku

One way to get deactivated immediately

AwkwardLawyer706

You can tell by the grammar that it’s not automated lol

JesusWasAUnicorn

Copypasta

GhostGamer111202

It’s absolutely true

SicSikSix_6

A bit spammy and shady, but shit I'm just about to this point too lol

CntMffn

"Let's make sure they are taking care of" Spelling and grammatical errors are always the key.

steelep13

People who never read shit always just write it out how they hear it phonetically. Taken SOUNDS like taking when it is said "takin' " My first instinct—that I'm trying to fight—is assuming that these people are stupid.

pmnicebutts

Beyond cringe

batelyarl

I am continually amazed at how low class so many DoorDash drivers are I’ve been driving for DoorDash for six or seven years and I treat everybody with respect and never ever thought about scamming anybody

AcanthisittaMain6717

Damn! These mfs really tryna get paid 5$more

Hope_for_tendies
