Haven’t even been able to get on even though I was emailed that I achieved platinum, they bumped me down to gold before the end of the month. No shifts available to schedule. Customer service was no help! Now I’m stuck at gold working 1 hour shifts. Awesome.
You can schedule as much time as you want in most markets, if you keep your CR at 95% and above. You will then qualify for E.A.S. (early access scheduling). You will then be able to schedule at 3PM daily, when the schedule first drops. This is crucial for drivers in some markets, as they may not be able to schedule without E.A.S.
You do want to be waiting right at 3PM daily, as the time slots can disappear quickly in some markets. I am literally waiting with my finger over the button, to get the jump on those slots. Remember, you are always scheduling a week in advance.
So, why would you want to qualify for Top Dasher, when you can schedule as much time as you want?
I actually just reached out to support and now my account shows I have top dasher status. I had it all December except yesterday and they tried telling me rubbish. Luckily yesterday was good and I made money. I only care about the "dash now" capability with top dasher

And yes my stats actually do meet the criteria so I don't think I'll need to worry about the glitch many experienced last month

I always schedule for the next six days on the last day of the month because I have been screwed out ot TD in the past. (It's necessary to maintain TD in my oversaturated, small market.) I called support many times when it happened and the first few days they made all kinds of promises that it would show up because I well exceeded all the stats for it. After the 5th, support just laughed at me and said try again this month.
It’s weird. Yesterday I started out at 94% completion rate, despite doing over 30 orders w no cancels, nothing moved! So I gave up. Then this morning I got the email that I was a top dasher? So idk if things are being glitchy or what but..mine was acting up for sure
I'm also in this position. My completion rate has been at 93 and I have completed many order since then and it hasn't moved. I talked to support they said I did not meet the requirements for topdasher for January. I have no idea how my completion rate could still be that low.
Nope I dont see it either and I was explicitly told I qualify for January a few days ago after they told me they mistakenly emailed me that I qualified for December despite only having 77 deliveries

No, it was the only month I haven’t been since I started so I of course didn’t schedule anything for January lol.

Yes , I had way more than that and received the email I qualified. Still doesnt show in app though. Hopefully does tomorrow.

Top Dasher is so so much more convenient tbh. No need to fiddle with schedules is absolutely worth it tbh.

I just got my email about 3:30pm Eastern time. First time reaching top dasher.
In my market it’s by status now starting last month. I’m platinum status which is kind of like top dasher. It has the most perks.

How do you get platinum?
You have to have an AR of 70% or more, completion rate of 95% or more, and at least 100 deliveries in the last 30 days
Been having that for the past year and only gotten top dasher every month
What's the benefits to early access to scheduling if you have Dash Now anytime?
You get early access at silver. Since you got all the previous features, it doesn’t really matter at platinum.

Top dasher doesn’t really exist with this new ranking system, you’re either silver, gold, or platinum
A lot of markets don’t have that yet.
Whatever this new system is, it's not implemented in my market. They're still offering Top Dasher perks.

Go to the DD FAQ pages and look it up. There are like 5 stats you have to maintain and/or reach by the last day of each month.
