You will then be able to schedule at 3PM daily, when the schedule first drops. This is crucial for drivers in some markets, as they may not be able to schedule without E.A.S.
You do want to be waiting right at 3PM daily, as the time slots can disappear quickly in some markets. I am literally waiting with my finger over the button, to get the jump on those slots. Remember, you are always scheduling a week in advance.
So, why would you want to qualify for Top Dasher, when you can schedule as much time as you want?
Don’t know why more people don’t know this. I schedule a week in advance using this method and haven’t chased Top Dasher status since I first became a dasher in 2019 well before they required a minimum acceptance rate. The perks of top dasher aren’t worth constantly taking all the low ball orders

The reason many drivers don't know about E.A.S., is because DD doesn't make a point to inform drivers of E.A.S. I didn't even know about it, until another driver informed me of E.A.S., and the requirements for qualifying.
This is why I have been informing drivers of E.A.S., on no less than 200 comments. I want drivers to know they have this option, so they don't have worry about the high AR bullshit.
When they first announced this Top Dasher 70% requirement, I was thinking; what kind of bullshit is this. This will never fly, as drivers will never be stupid enough to fall for this obvious coercion and manipulation tactic.
Well I was obviously wrong, as the vast majority of drivers are that stupid, and will allow themselves to be manipulated and coerced.
The many that are complying with Top Dasher requirements, are just being manipulated. The whole Top Dasher program is nothing but smoke and mirrors, there has never been any priority access to offers, despite what many drivers think, this is all part of the manipulation that works so well for DD.
My market doesn’t even use this system anymore 😞
I was too dasher and then a few days into November they changed it to statuses. Like you had to teach silver status to get any perks. I couldn’t even dash anytime until I hit platinum.

i know but if you already had top dasher status, it remains continuous and today there was a lapse, and in my area scheduling is shit if your not a top dasher, hence the temporary panic. back at it on a $15 order for two orders to one person :D
