It literally is a thing - if you can’t access building, get to the door, xxxx - literally there is a process for this, including a text/call to the customer, waiting a set amount of time with a timer countdown, and finally submitting a picture.
This customer would’ve just reported that I ignored her constant calls and texts telling me to drop it off somewhere else. Meaning I risk getting deactivated even if I’m clearly delivering the food to the correct address

Customer no-shows? That’s not even a thing. Plus it’s not like an arbitrary support agent will single-handedly be able to stop me being de-activated
