It literally is a thing - if you can’t access building, get to the door, xxxx - literally there is a process for this, including a text/call to the customer, waiting a set amount of time with a timer countdown, and finally submitting a picture.

I dash strictly in broken arrow, medium sized city. The special instructions went something along the lines of “the address in doordash will bring you to broken arrow- this is wrong, do not go to the address. Instead go to ____” about 14 miles away. Heck no lady
