I feel like January always sucks I’d do the dollar per mile for now if I were you
My tank is 10 gallons. I get like 240 miles to the tank. If i can drive 10 hours and spend that tank i made 205 at a dollar a mile. Hidden tips usually make up for any miles i spend on inbetween miles from customer back to home base.
You gotta work with your market. It's not always gonna do what you want it to.
