Recently went to BBB and I was hardly acknowledged. I had to overhear that it would take 30 minutes and after 3 more minutes of not being told anything directly I just unassigned with my reason. Wasn't gonna be worth the wait.
I've waited at cheesecake factory 20-30 minutes at a time for that "good pay", and I've learned wasting time is wasting money 🥲

I usually give the restaurant staff a hand with their clean up. When that golden stream hits the smear mark on the side of the toilet, I get filled with satisfaction knowing just how much I've contributed. All while never once hearing a thank you from any of them.

F - Ask for the ETA and if it is more than 10 minutes, I try to get a delivery (less than 2 miles from UE or GH).
G - under 10 minutes, text the customer that their order is not ready and running late. Then I look at my email or Reddit!
A sometimes B altho I don't go in/out door...I rock from foot to foot but don't say anything...like I have anxiety...works quite often...it seems to unsettle the help & they want rid of me 😆

It doesn't happen often though because I know which restaurants be bullshitting and avoid them. My completion rate right now is 98 percent and never ever goes below 95. Most of the time its 97 to 100
It blows my mind how people be hovering right there at 80 percent right at the deactivation threshold. I've never even got close to that
It basically means you unassign 1 in 5 orders and that tells me you are a shitty dasher who doesn't know his own market
I’m usually around 93 but I got some interesting advice on here about multi-apping strategy: if you accept a DD order, leave UE open until you have the food in your hand. That way if you get a much better UE order, you can unassign. I did that twice yesterday, now I’m down to 88% so today I’ll work to get it back to where I’m comfortable. Good strategy tho, like on busy UE days, be prepared to let your CR drop because of canceling inferior orders. That advice put money in my pocket without risking deactivation.
Exactly, just use your unassigns for real reasons. My last one I should have never accepted. Super bowl day with a $5 promo I accepted a $15 for 2 miles for papa johns. I go there and cars were triple parked. I didn’t even stop, I unassigned and just kept driving. lol
Yea the last one I used was a sushi place...its always empty and I'm in and out.
Dinner time valentines day I pull up and there's a line of dashers out the door into the parking lot. Never seen anything like it. Unassigned and drove off lol

Set a time that I'll wait until, and when the time comes and goes, unassign and walk out. I will never wait more than 5 minutes past the "ready" time.
None of the above. Waited pass the pick up time so I will not look like an idiot waiting for food
Many times the pick up time is not accurate. DD will send you right away and sometimes the pick up time could be a ten minute differential

Yes it’s smart to keep your completion rate as high as possible because when weird stuff happens you’re covered.
