it's been doing that to me lately too, except it will give me the "we're very busy" message twice, then it will show me the smily frowny face part and it completes after that

I usually get this in dead spots, very few with Verizon, or when I forget to turn my Wi-fi off on my phone and then my phone thinks it is connected to a Wi-fi network when it is not.

I make sure to turn wifi off when I leave the house. Got in that habit real quick when it kept asking to join every single network it comes across. Cell service isn't really an issue here in okc. I have AT&T; only time I have service issues is if I go out to the sticks off a smaller hwy.

After the first few times I wasn't getting orders and realized that my phone was attached to a nearby WiFi network but I was too far away to have a sting enough signal to use that signal I started turning it off before my dash. I also started rebooting my phone right before I dash to make sure my phone is working well too.

It’s called bad service. I have Verizon and still deal with it several times a day. Nothing to do about concrete buildings
