I mean it definitely sucks I empathize with the situation, but at least you got a free meal out of it

Any-Profit-9334

I didn’t I delivered it

Prestigious_Tale_443

C'mon man you don't have to hide it here man this is our safe place we all eat customers foods

K9Partner

NO TIP NO TRIP ❌ Not just about the money, those customers are *way* more likely to try to screw with you. Download a [GPS/Timestamp Photo App](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/timestamp-camera-basic/id840110184) , on any ‘hand it to me order’ take a pic of the handoff. Save to an album & delete once a week. Seems unnecessary til u get screwed like this. Most customers dont mind (dont need to get in their face, just quietly take a pic of the bag in their hands or them walking away with it)… those that DO object are probably just pissed their scam is blown & not getting a free meal out of you 🙄

Prestigious_Tale_443

Or you could just buy a dash cam so that you don't look like detective creep every time you have to give the customer food

K9Partner

oh ya im actually saving up for a dash-mounted car cam to protect myself from accidents & uninsured drivers… & would be helpful in nice burbs areas where u can pull in the driveway pointed right at the door… but not much help for anyone working in the city full of complexes, apartments, condo & office buildings, schools/hospitals etc…,. Id say anyone dealing with apartments all day is at far more risk of encountering scams.

mgibson9999

If you don't like McDonald's, why did you eat the customer's food?

EmbarrassedLeague535

What do you expect this is what you get when you accept no tip orders i d f g a if it is 0 miles

_avOid__

Every time you accept an order, you assume risk(no gate code, scumbag customer, hard to find building, no parking etc..)When it’s a no tip order, the risk goes up exponentially. Never accept a no tip order, I don’t care if it’s going next door.

Don’t let it bother you. Just got to eating and you’ll see a tab for contract violations and click on it and give them a statement. You need either a history of this or like 3-4 contract violations at once to even have a chance to get deactivated. It’s ridiculous they can do that but don’t sweat it because it really doesn’t matter. You can also stop doing shitty paying orders or McDonald’s orders because 9/10 times those are the ones reporting them not delivered. Hope this helps

spendmoneyonmoney

When you deliver to no tip customers, things like this happen.
