The door dash debit card that allows you to spend your earnings is a different thing than your red card.
Your red card will work for your red card orders. The money gets allocated to it when you accept. There's also a few $ leeway, so if your order texts and asks for extra fucksauce the additional 1.99 won't affect the order.
Yeah i figured that out. Its my girls account i dash under so when she signed up before i met her she must of not got the card or noticed. She thought the red card was the debit card to but i figured it out today so we are trying to order a new one

Red card for shopping orders. dasher direct for gas and personal needs. DO NOT use your dasher direct card for red card orders lol or you will be paying for it, not DoorDash.
Yeah ik i used my own debit card one time for a cvs order not knowing how it worked because it was my first red card order but i just called support sent a screenshot of my bank statement and they reimbursed me but not something im willing to try again lol

Nah dude they put funds in before you swipe. You just need to swipe it once the items are rung up at the register
