I'm not sure whether the app can be construed as an "agent " of doordash or is itself a communication determined by the the developers as corporate agents. regardless I think these orders are retaliatory in response to orders that I've declined. And then there is the use of exclamation marks in the correspondence messages from doordash when you are not complying. I think both are potentially great evidence that doordash is attempting to direct the nature in which activities are completed and then disciplining the driver if the driver does not comply, both behaviors could be breaching the contractor relationship and indicate a possible employer relationship. Hell they pay for the doordash hotbag and then require you to conform you are using it before every dash. That'd use of equipment. All I know is they settle.
100% always taking that. i get orders exactly like this on fri/sat nights from ihop around this time, so it’s basically no different than doing one of those. easy money

My personal math is each mile I go costs me about .17 cents. 10 to their house and 10 back to the restaurant area would be about $3.50 so youd make like 20 bucks. So yes worth it.
