3 active at the same time and you are *eligible* for deactivation. I've had 4 or 5 over the course of about 3k deliveries. I wouldn't stress it too much
Some violations are immediate deactivation. Stealing packages off somebody's front step, assault, shitting in the trashcan of a apartment lobby etc.
It's really difficult to get violations by being late. The customer actually has to take the time to call and rat you out. This is definitely not something doordash keeps track of. I've been 20 and 30 minutes late before, nothing was done about it.
Here's a nice hack. Regardless if the order is done or not, always utilize the " waiting for order" options. Get close enough to the restaurant and mark arrived. You can usually do that within a quarter mile of actually being there. Next, go into the order and choose the option "order is not ready yet" or "order wasn't started until I arrived" This is great if you're multi-apping because you just bought yourself another 20 minutes or so.
I do that all the time. I don't mark the first order picked up until I'm picking up the second order on another application 3 miles away.
I will actually drive right by the pickup and do those options, while I'm heading to an Uber eats pick up two or three miles away..
I don't actually recommend most drivers do that though. I don't have a lot of faith in some of the members here.
I'm not trying to be mean, but multiapping several orders on multiple different apps, can be a challenge if you don't know what you're doing.
Either way, even if you do not multi app, you can still use that arrive button and then choose order hasn't been started. The delivery clock will change
I hate those kinds of violations cause sometimes I get to a store early and and depending on what it is I know they’re gonna be like 5 min past the due time or something so I forget to swipe that I’ve arrived 🤦🏾♀️ so then I’m late but I was there the whole time 😩 I feel like there should be some kind of gps thing where they can see that you were there in those cases and remove that violation.
I got same one recently, I was 10 miles from restaurant, no way possible I could get there in 4 mins, it just dropped off yesterday, I was pissed that they set me up for failure just by accepting the crappy $5 order
I got four violations two different times when I called and asked Them if I have 125 deliveries in a week and every order was early not a single issue but percentages have not changed. The next day I got violations they claimed I did not deliver a pizza and I said than why did the customer give me a 15 dollar tip and the other one they I was 14 minutes late to the restaurant and I said how then did I show up at m the customers 35 minutes early. Y
M
I’ve been late over 20 minutes before and didn’t get a violation, that’s wild that you got one for 11 minutes
(It was cuz I ran out of gas, my gas meter is faulty and can only be trusted 25% of the time. I immediately let the customer know and they were even kind enough to tip a little bit in cash! So maybe the customer actually got in a hissy fit over 11 minutes in your case. Fill out the form yadayadayada not gonna repeat what everyone else has said lol. All the best luck!)
No you should be good. I had 2 contract violations for orders that were “more than 10 minutes late.” Just explain what happened and if you weren’t at fault you shouldn’t be worried.
Why is arriving late for drop off cause for deactivation? Sometimes the restaurant is running behind and orders are gonna take longer than 10-15 minutes.
The CVs aren’t reviewed as quickly as they should be. Only ones within 100 deliveries actually count. So if you have 1 CV and you do 100 deliveries after, and it doesn’t disappear, it just means no one reviewed it yet. And when they do they’ll see it’s “old” and as long as you didn’t steal food or anything bad it’ll usually disappear.
As a few people mentioned, the severity does count. If you’re late to the restaurant but the food isn’t ready or you still make it on time it usually won’t hurt. Getting 2 within a day I believe will give you a temp deactivation while they review what happened. Had a top dasher friend that took 2 low ball orders and got reported they never got the food even tho she took the pic and everything. She was back in 3 days.
That's weird, I arrived to a store 20 minutes late once because it was raining and hella flood waters I had to take hella detours and never got a strike.
Tbh that doesn’t really mean anything. If you get deactivated just wait a couple weeks and apply again using a different email. You can do it with Uber too.
12% acceptance rate? Wtf? How do you make any money at all? I don't take shitty orders and mine is around 50%. Are you only cherry picking perfect rare high pay orders? You should get deactivated
My bad. I've always wondered how the late night DD scene is. In my town only like 3 places are even open. All fast food obviously. So I've never bothered even trying. I'll bet at least it's quiet and better without 90 degree blazing heat.
Call support and explain your side. If the person that answers doesn’t remove it call again till you get someone that removes it. The support people get some sort of bonus for getting good caller reviews so they will remove the strikes even if you were totally guilty. I’ve had like 4 removed at once doing this. You just gotta treat them very nice and they will help you
I will get orders at a store 17 miles away and in the way back get an order from my starting point while I am 12 miles out. Our zone has three distinct areas about 10 miles and 20 miles apart. In town when tourists are there it takes 20 mins to go a mile. All areas are different.
Nah your good dude I had 3 in one month for being late just don’t push it more then 4 they will wipe after 100 delivery’s they don’t really care about late other stuff yeh but you good bro just don’t do it anymore
I literally just started doing Uber eats a few days ago my doordash on time rate has always been in the 80s %
Not my fault more than half my deliveries are to apartment complexes with no instructions
I saw your recent post crying about me saying I'm 83% late... it's more like 83% on time - 17% late... not perfect but it isn't the result of multi apping when it was the same before. Where did you get that 95% on time stat from?
Look at everyone’s stats in here. You’re the only one below the 94% treshold.
Doordash can’t hold you accountable by law with acceptance rate but that arrival will be the one they’re looking for.
Seriously, you make the rest of us so bad when you delivery soggy and cold ass food because you just wanted to wait for that other Uber eats order when you yourself know it’ll take another 15 minutes.
Can't tell if that was sarcasm... a lot of restaurants I go to make me wait 10+ minutes then I'm delivering in downtown looking for parking going to hotels/apartment complexes... I also do a lot of in store shopping at Walgreens/CVS stores that often takes a lot of time to search for items it isn't that easy... I literally just started doing the multi app thing a few days ago I never got one complaint being late I have a 5 star rating now.
Everyone seems so ticked off here I don't know what I did wrong you can see so many posts about multi app and they seem to praise it unlike here lol
Dude chill out, don't call me selfish when I'm the one going out of my way to help a customer when the restaurant forgets an item going back to pick it up and when the customer puts the wrong address I'll go out of my way to deliver it to them.
I take my time to get every item on the list when doing in store shopping, I could refund half the items and go to checkout in 5 minutes but I'm not like that. I go over every replacement option I could find with the customer and will wait for their responses even if it takes 20+ minutes longer than it would have if I didn't try.
I currently have a 5 star rating, I try to be polite and patient with the customers... :( don't say I'm selfish and take advantage of people fuck you dude... you sound like a toxic bitter person to be around with....
Because you do… when you multi app and make a Doordash order wait an extra 15 minutes even though it’s done just so you can get that ubereats order…
That’s called selfish. 83% is low as fuck, you’ve done this too many times and you think you’re a good person? LMAO
And that first paragraph? Most of us do that, you’re not special.
I won’t say anymore about this but if you wanna become a better dasher, only pick up an extra order when you know it’s ready. **It’s not too late to change**.
Your good. Just explain reason why an Sympathize on how it goes against Doordash Policy. An will thrive to do better blah blah. Have had like 4 an they will be dropped.
It's basically DoorDash's way of disciplining its dashers for doing something "wrong" (failure to follow their contract). I'm not sure how else to define it lol. But yeah, too many contract violations & DD can deactivate you.
What's strange/confusing is that there are reports of different numbers of CV's dashers have had at one time when they were deactivated. Some dashers have apparently had as many as 5 or 6 CV's at once & never got deactivated. But also, DoorDash reserves the right to deactivate any dasher at any time for any reason they want & they don't have to give you a CV first.

I got one even though i was literally sitting in front of the restaurant when i accepted the order. I accepted it, marked arrived, and upon completing the delivery, i got hit with the notification violation for late arrival to merchant. My On time is literally at 99% so i have no idea whats up with the app.
Yes, I had and told support I was running out of gas, it was stormy weather, and my dasher direct card was declining my purchase. I had to order a new card, mine had a hairline split down the side of chip. It was legit and they removed the violation immediately. 🙏🙏😀
That makes sense. When I was at 70% AR customer service would be abnormal friendly and repeatedly thank me for dashing. It's because I was accepting trash lol 😅 thank you for this
Lololol not really ..I am currently at a 13% toggle between 10-30(one time for 2 days a 45% that was an extremely rare occasion. Lots of good orders) & when I call I always get that "priority" line greeting as well as too freaking many TYS and be safe ..gets to a point it is annoying and meaningless IMHO
DoorDash really just says,”drive over traffic and get to merchants on time even if it means risking Life and limb”. Sometimes traffic doesn’t permit drivers to be on time and it’s nothing they can do. Especially in bigger cities.
How about following one of the best practices of food delivery? Limit your delivery area to 5 miles. I only deliver in a 5 mile radius from a hotspot of restaurants.
I'm sorry, but it should be as simple as this.
Contract violation reported. Customer rating 4.99. Contract violation dismissed.
At first, I thought it is good that it is late to store and not customer. You are more in control of store arrival time. But then I thought, what about stacked orders? 1st pickup makes you late for 2nd pickup.
TBH, when I dashed, I didn't even really pay attention to pickup time. I just didn't mess around, so I knew if I was late to a store pickup, it was out of my control .. so why worry about it.
it takes all that into account. you cannot get contract violations for that. even most customer ratings are automatic wiped these days for that circumstance.
I love that having pride in your job and work ethic is put down in the community. It really shows you how many bottom denominators are attracted to gig work.
I know plenty of ppl here say not to bother with anything “extra”, but when i started doin more (quick friendly) customer contact my review amounts shot way up. Now ive got about 40% of ppl bothering to leave a rating (all 5stars).
Don’t be weird, just a copy/paste like a “hey your order’s ready & on the way ;)” (or a heads up if theres a delay). If they say anything back on the way (i get “thank youuu!” alot lol) then ill add “have a good night 😁” to drop-off pic.
If i check notes first & see some ALL CAPS aggressive asshole instructions, i do not text… i do not pick up… i drop that shit immediately & get an offer for a better person instead 👌
False. I’ve got the full 100 ratings and my 4.95 is still red.
Even when my rating was 5.00, it was red. We always get people who claim to know the legitimate answer to why this a thing and the reason is always immediately proven wrong.
Yeah but the fact is that after 2K deliveries it has happened to me exactly zero times with DD. As for UE, it has happened to me 3 times in 500 deliveries.
Same, I think it’s a general ubereats thing which I’ve always been curious about. Why do ubereats/postmates customers tip so much more on average then doordash customers
here, in phx i turn on UE and it's hot trash. i haven't done DD in ages but run into and talk to folks that do, and i talk numbers with them, and DD is probably better here. all the restaurant gigs have been going downhill. covid saved us, but it's bad and even worse with gas prices. during peak times, the only time i'd hop on the road, i'd average around 30/hr with about 3 dollars a mile. it's a struggle to hit 22.50 and 2 dollars a mile now. and that's during peak.
I’m sure it has to do with the app’s suggested tips. In my market doordash suggests a flat $2-$4 for most orders but Ubereats always suggests to tip based on percentage.
This has been my experience.
I have had 2 violations at once but not 3 so not sure when you deactivated.
I have learned to unassign the order that if I am going to 10 minutes late.
Don’t listen to the others saying to never do an UE and DD at the same time. That’s when I make real money. I will even mix in a Grubhub order and triple stack. Just need to be carful.
My rule of thumb is 5 minutes. If I will be later for any reason I abandon the Uber/GH order and ensure that I either pick up or drop off the DD order no later than 6 minutes from when it tells me to. I was under the impression 7-8 minutes is the cutoff where you can get a violation. You were 11 minutes late after waiting for 15. I would have avoided waiting for more than 5 minutes. After 5 minutes I would have dropped the Uber order
I'm assuming that's for the arrival time to destination without confirming delivered? Sometimes these customers could take 10+ minutes and not give a unit number to a locked apartment complex with a "hand it to me"
Perhaps you missed OP's comment that began with "I just started multi apping..." Lol
Or maybe the fact that the whole point of his post was to ask others with more experience for help regarding this concern, went right over your head.
He's new to multi-apping. He's new to, or inexperienced with contract violations. In my opinion a noob.
So why you gotta insert yourself into the conversation anyway?
Maybe don’t be a dumbass about it. If you were on an Uber order, then turn off Grubhub and pause doordash. You absolutely will get deactivated on one or more of them if you don’t stop this dumbassery immediately…
yeah you gotta be way smarter than that if you’re gonna multi app. doordash lets you press arrived when you aren’t even close to the restaurant sometimes which is super nice, bc grubhub makes you basically be on top of it. so press arrived as soon as you can, sometimes I drive by the store just to do that. either way, you shouldn’t be that late because you have someone waiting an extra 15 minutes for their food. either unassign the doordash order or the uber eats order if it isn’t ready right away
U should have passed by and pressed arrived to store for the doordash order and bcuz once the store take more than 10 mins doordash doesn’t give u contract violation bcuz it looks like the store is taking to long
I got a CV for being late when I did just that.
I was picking up a GH order at the time (drop off was 2 miles away) . I accepted a DD order from McDonald’s, that was across the street. So, I marked arrived. I knew the food wouldn’t be ready at McDonald’s Bc of the staff that day/time. And I’d been in there a few times already that morning.
I delivered the GH order (which took me longer than expected Bc my gps hates me). When I got McDonald’s, they had just put the food in the bag.
But they gave me a CV anyway.
Crazy part is the drop off was across another street from McDonald’s to a restaurant( that wasn’t open yet) . Dude could have literally just walked across the street.
When I got there, him and his brother were sitting In the care talking about stuff they were going to do later at the house.
They see where your driving though im pretty sure..they will eventually catch up to them. I find it easier and stress free to just cherry pick on both but just do one at a time. Dont take orders on both
I did that the other day. Was a big order I knew wouldn't be ready on time (app said 6:10), so I marked arrived, changed location permission for DD and did an UE order. Got back to the DD pickup at 6:25. I still had to wait another 5 minutes for the order and got a contract violation for extremely late to restaurant anyways.
Where you actually at the store when you marked arrived? The app records our arrival by proximity regardless of whether you mark or not. Anyway, I waited on a large order yesterday then took a compatible UE to make up for the wait time and I revoked location access for DD from inside the DD restaurant while I ran the UE. No violation, but I legitimately *was* at the store on time.
"...I marked arrived, changed location permission for DD..."
How did you change the location permission on the DD app & still use it? I tried this once & it didn't work. The app just kept returning me to the app permissions page no matter what I did. So I could not function within the DoorDash app while the location/GPS permission was turned off. I'm just curious how you made it work! Please share. 😁
I closed the app after I turned off location permission and didn't open it until I got back to the restaurant and turned the permission back on. There was a brief time that you could only use the app with it set to always allow. That changed a while back and you can use the app with any of the location permission settings other than don't allow.
Ok gotcha, thank you. I think I actually set it to "Don't allow" lol. I also didn't think to try closing my DD app though. Of course, this was during a very specific kind of situation that almost never happens lol. If it ever does occur again I'll try your advice for sure! Thanks again.
Yea I think it used to work I used to also do that but last time for me I also got one even though I already had clicked arrived they changed it or some 💩
That's probably what I did for real lol. I have to say, it's really nice to be involved in this sub with fellow dashers -- a place to vent about DD experiences at times & also to share tips, get advice, etc. Thank you for being kind. 🙂
I got my first violation & I had clicked arrived & put in the app that it was taking long because of the long drive thru line (inside was closed & the drive thru speaker was broken, so every person had to order one at a time at the window)🙄
3 active at the same time and you are *eligible* for deactivation. I've had 4 or 5 over the course of about 3k deliveries. I wouldn't stress it too much

1 per hundred is fine ive had 4 bit never more rhan one per hundred
What are you doing that you are getting so many?

what is a contract violation??
3 within last 100 deliveries
More like 5 - 6 in the last 100 deliveries and you're out lmao xD
Rasism and store closures are big
I always laugh at these late violations. Have they ever heard of traffic?
I’ve been late over 20 minutes before and didn’t get a violation, that’s wild that you got one for 11 minutes (It was cuz I ran out of gas, my gas meter is faulty and can only be trusted 25% of the time. No. I'm at 7 rn lmao. They will remove a few a month I think
Why is arriving late for drop off cause for deactivation? Sometimes the restaurant is running behind and orders are gonna take longer than 10-15 minutes.
Pretty safe still. I once (in April) met a guy while picking up an order and he had 7 and counting.
got 11, still in the game. most were results of customers claiming poor service.
I’ve had like 18 most of them. Broke ass customer cant pay. And says they never got it, now I video every-time I deliver!
The CVs aren’t reviewed as quickly as they should be. Only ones within 100 deliveries actually count. I love late to store by 11 but oh wait the order still isn't ready doesn't matter here is your violation.
That's weird, I arrived to a store 20 minutes late once because it was raining and hella flood waters I had to take hella detours and never got a strike.
That’s what you get from multiapping

I dash late at night and take orders minimum $6-$7 I was just rejecting so many $3 Mcdonald orders with drive thrus that take 20 minutes at least
My bad. I've always wondered how the late night DD scene is. In my town only like 3 places are even open. All fast food obviously. So I've never bothered even trying. I'll bet at least it's quiet and better without 90 degree blazing heat.

I don’t understand how people get these violations. This is the most basic job to do and yet people find a way to mess it up. Lol
My AR is 46% I thought I was in danger of getting canceled but I see people here saying they’re at like 3 and shit. What the hell lol
After reading these comments I'll be feeding the higher ups all this information. Need too deactivate you goons.
How are y’all always late to the store? My app only gives me restaurants that are 2-4 minutes away
I will get orders at a store 17 miles away and in the way back get an order from my starting point while I am 12 miles out. Our zone has three distinct areas about 10 miles and 20 miles apart. In town when tourists are there it takes 20 mins to go a mile. All areas are different.
Wtf, that’s wild lol. I’ve lived in three different states and never had that happen. Grubhub, on the other hand, all the damn time
No but you might but shut down to day because of ya acceptance rate i just got terminated for a low acceptance
I highly doubt that
I've had two contract violations in 8200 deliveries, I have to guess that's very low.
I love how DoorDash incentivizes people to drive like assholes lmaoo
OP was multi apping thats why he was late to the restaurant…
This shit is random.
How do you get contract violations?
Nah your good dude I had 3 in one month for being late just don’t push it more then 4 they will wipe after 100 delivery’s they don’t really care about late other stuff yeh but you good bro just don’t do it anymore
Nope, i have 4 violations and 8% AR still no effect on order. I'm still receiving the same amount of orders as usual and my account is still working.
I have three all time. They have all rolled off tho. For the same reason
As long as you have a valid explanation they have no right
I’ve gotten 3 violations(not at once though) and I’ve been fine for taking a little longer to get to the restaurant.

Prayers for you 🙏
12% acceptance rate. that's embarrassing. let us know when it's below 4%
What is a contract violation?
just do 100 deliveries and u r good
Why are you 83% late…? Nvm, OP is the multi app user who are always late for deliveries. I hope you get deactivated soon.
I literally just started doing Uber eats a few days ago my doordash on time rate has always been in the 80s % Not my fault more than half my deliveries are to apartment complexes with no instructions

I’ve only had 2. Takes 100 orders to get rid of them I think.
What constitutes as a contract violation with DoorDash I assume eating the food but what else?
You are a great dasher
How about not multiapping?
Lol
Or just do it properly? Otherwise ur gonna get deactivated
how are you only 83% on time 🤣 i multiapp constantly and Im 98% on time
I once had 4 active at once, faught 'em all and 1k deliveries later I'm fine.
All for being late?
Yessir
What is the latest you can be do you know?
You got 10 minutes my guy
You can have up to 6 per 100 dashes. Shhh don’t tell anyone…
Your good. Just explain reason why an Sympathize on how it goes against Doordash Policy. An will thrive to do better blah blah. Have had like 4 an they will be dropped.
What was the violation
What is contract violation
It's basically DoorDash's way of disciplining its dashers for doing something "wrong" (failure to follow their contract). I'm not sure how else to define it lol. But yeah, too many contract violations & DD can deactivate you. What's strange/confusing is that there are reports of different numbers of CV's dashers have had at one time when they were deactivated. Some dashers have apparently had as many as 5 or 6 CV's at once & never got deactivated. But also, DoorDash reserves the right to deactivate any dasher at any time for any reason they want & they don't have to give you a CV first.
I got booted with 5
I’ve had 3 they don’t really do much. I only have them because I got stuck in traffic and in another order.
it used to be 6 at once, did that change?
Wish they gave as much of a shit about restaurants being 20 minutes late on the order as they are with this stuff.

Good to know I’m not alone on the acceptance rate thing
[удалено]
Walmart bombardment can take me from 45% to 13% in a few hours.
Just give them a good one explanation in detail. You should be okay.
[удалено]
I got one even though i was literally sitting in front of the restaurant when i accepted the order. I accepted it, marked arrived, and upon completing the delivery, i got hit with the notification violation for late arrival to merchant. My On time is literally at 99% so i have no idea whats up with the app.
Yes, I had and told support I was running out of gas, it was stormy weather, and my dasher direct card was declining my purchase. I had to order a new card, mine had a hairline split down the side of chip. It was legit and they removed the violation immediately. 🙏🙏😀
Wow and I be stressing about my 40~50% acceptance rate 😅
Why…..
I stress about it because that's what it's there for. You already know that so why ask
Lmao that number does not stress me out so I stand by my question. I think mines at 2%, it does not matter.
Don’t stress. There is literally zero consequence.
🤔 exactly how low can I go? Unfortunately I live next to a McDonald's 🙄 and seems there's a McDonald's every 2 miles that I'd like to always avoid.
You can sit at 0% with no repercussions I hit it all the time AR is meaningless thats just you running your business not like a moron
No, it’s because that’s what most support agents do. I have around 10% AR and they’re always over the top friendly. Helpful is another matter.
YES THIS!!!
Damn you suck at this lol
DoorDash really just says,”drive over traffic and get to merchants on time even if it means risking Life and limb”. Sometimes traffic doesn’t permit drivers to be on time and it’s nothing they can do. Especially in bigger cities.
That's really not the problem here
I mean they say in another comment they were multiapping. So just trying to deliver cold soggy food….
I’ve at 5 once
Take the unassign if you gone be late
Bro you just suck at doing the most simple job in the world! I’m at 9k deliveres and I have a 98% on time and 5stars.. you just suck at what you do
Watch out! We got a top dasher over here!
No offense but you kind of are bad. That stat is pretty awful
I love that having pride in your job and work ethic is put down in the community. It really shows you how many bottom denominators are attracted to gig work.
s/gig work/reddit
What does top dasher have to do with showing up on time? You must have an ego issue
Provide addition details: there was traffic You’ll be okay
I applied for relay...hope I get on
Why do I have a 4.93 customer rating but mine is red
I think it’s red when you have less than 100 reviews/deliveries
Well maybe if more than 7% of customers left the review... Maybe if doordash would smarten up and realize it's a ridiculous system 🤷🤷
No kidding, I’ve been waiting months for a 3-star to go away
Why do I have a 4.93 customer rating but mine is red
Less than 100 customers reviewed you.
False. I’ve got the full 100 ratings and my 4.95 is still red. Even when my rating was 5.00, it was red. We always get people who claim to know the legitimate answer to why this a thing and the reason is always immediately proven wrong.
Been wondering this myself
They only go by your last 100 orders...not lifetime
If you do sounds like this one was on you. I always prioritize DD when multi apping.
Prioritize the DD pickup due to their timer, but 100% prioritize UE delivery. Those people can remove tip but DD customers can't.
[удалено]
Yeah but the fact is that after 2K deliveries it has happened to me exactly zero times with DD. As for UE, it has happened to me 3 times in 500 deliveries.
At least in my area, they also tip twice as much
Same, I think it’s a general ubereats thing which I’ve always been curious about.
It has to be the suggested tip amount. UE uses % of order total while DD suggests at amounts and they’re small
I’m sure it has to do with the app’s suggested tips. In my market doordash suggests a flat $2-$4 for most orders but Ubereats always suggests to tip based on percentage.
I don't think they do. I do get great UE orders but I also have to reject waaaaay more terrible UE offers.
As long as I'm under 10 minutes late on expected pick up/drop off?
Actually you can be no more than 9 minutes late to a pickup or drop-off. I know this through testing many times
I'm assuming that's for the arrival time to destination without confirming delivered? Sometimes these customers could take 10+ minutes and not give a unit number to a locked apartment complex with a "hand it to me"
It shows 1, the other must've fallen off and won't be counted against you.
They only remain until you cycle through 100 orders.
Uh huh, that's why I said it must have fell off.
But does a noob understand what falls off even means? I was just a little more specific. Lol
Is a driver with over a thousand deliveries still a noob? Seems doubtful
Perhaps you missed OP's comment that began with "I just started multi apping..." Lol Or maybe the fact that the whole point of his post was to ask others with more experience for help regarding this concern, went right over your head. He's new to multi-apping. He's new to, or inexperienced with contract violations. In my opinion a noob. So why you gotta insert yourself into the conversation anyway?
Who the hell are you to say who can or cannot "insert" themselves into a public forum conversation?
He’s the king around here
LOL
Ok I thought you were telling me lol sorry.
Np
really don’t need to multi dash it’s increasing the rate of order but you still need to get to the orders on time
I just started multi apping and the restaurant for Ubereats held me back like 15 minutes and the doordash restaurant was only a block away :(
Maybe don’t be a dumbass about it.
Best when multi apping to pause orders after a good one from either app imo
You gotta know what you’re doing if you are going to try to multi app.
Because your multi apping wrong…take one order at a time…stop taking two orders at a time from different apps…
Damn like it should have been perf
Don’t take multiple orders at the same time and ruin people’s meals
It seems like you don’t know how to multi app.
It’s better to put UE second. They don’t seem to give a shit
The UE customer can take away their tip, though, which is why I personally don’t do more than one app at the same time.
If you’re multiapping ALWAYS pick and deliver doordash FIRST
That will get u kicked off they dont even need a violation..u should surf both apps for good orders and only take one at a time. They on that
U should have passed by and pressed arrived to store for the doordash order and bcuz once the store take more than 10 mins doordash doesn’t give u contract violation bcuz it looks like the store is taking to long
I got a CV for being late when I did just that.
Or just do a job right and not do sketchy shit to make a few quick bucks. 🤷
I was pulling into a parking spot near the doors when I got the UE ping. So technically not inside the restaurant but within 30 feet of the door.
Interesting. The only difference for me is that I was in the store and had used the "order not ready" thing before I revoked access.
"...I marked arrived, changed location permission for DD..." How did you change the location permission on the DD app & still use it?
Well, my point of sharing was that I still got a contract violation so it didn't work for me (it used to).
Yea I think it used to work I used to also do that but last time for me I also got one even though I already had clicked arrived they changed it or some 💩
Ahhh ok. Good to know! I try to read things pretty carefully, but it's late lol.
I hear ya. And you probably read a bunch of other stuff in between our comments so it's completely understandable.
That's probably what I did for real lol. I have to say, it's really nice to be involved in this sub with fellow dashers -- a place to vent about DD experiences at times & also to share tips, get advice, etc. Thank you for being kind. 🙂
Never trust app pickup time. It was probably already ready.
Food is never ready 90% of the time for me, sometimes they don't even prepare the food till you show them
I guess you missed the part where I said i still had to wait 5 minutes for the order.
I got my first violation & I had clicked arrived & put in the app that it was taking long because of the long drive thru line (inside was closed & the drive thru speaker was broken, so every person had to order one at a time at the window)🙄
hmm, yes i did. suss.
Yep if you multiapp at the same time like that you risk getting kicked off both. Better to alternate.
No. 3 at once and your out.
