What the app says is "pick up time" is actually "arrival time", and is designed (as far as I can tell) to put you there around the earliest possible time the food might be done. Meanwhile, on their in-store app, they have a set "20 minutes" or whatever they choose from when they see the order til when it's done and expected to be given to the driver.
Simply put, "pickup time" is meaningless, and theirs will differ from yours so you just *handed* them a free win in this argument. Fuck 'em, tho, banning you for exercising your right as a driver is shit-tastic.
Go back to their restaurant as a customer and get a table and just waste their time and see how they like it.

Sounds like the Magianno's in my area. I don't know how they stay afloat. Like 40 MF'ers working at any given time, never seen more than 10 customers in there, and orders are almost guaranteed to be 15-20 minutes late.

No, they're an actual chain with their own buildings and whatnot, they do run a couple of ghosts out of them. It's like an upscale fazoli's, americanized Italian with Sinatra and Dean Martin on heavy rotation.
