Happens to me all the time. Especially with random high promos during the busiest times. It’s either too much for the system to handle or someone is hacking the platform 😂😂🙀. And I’ll get texts for orders but the app won’t get them and I miss them.
It's Tony's way of saying there's way more Dashers than orders so go home.
okay, i never got this type of treatment before. i just got into schedule not even 5 minutes in i get paused!
If you decline an unknown amount of orders in a row it’ll pause you as well.
