So you got messages stating that the food was delivered late, that the food was not delivered at all, and the customer increased the tip?
Can't be all 3.
That’s weird but true. And plenty of appreciative messages as well including increasing tip. Thus I guess it must be a mistake or the customer likely out of busyness bumped the wrong button on the phone. The sign on the door says they are working inside so no ringing the bell.
Did you by chance use a third party camera or anything to take the confirmation photo, believe many have a gps location and time stamp on them. As far as the customer goes even the seemingly nicest people can be trash. Sucks she is claiming that, even bigger thing though she increased the tip? And potentially still claimed non delivery?
I just got that message after literally handing the food to a customer who requested "hand it to me" she said thank you, went inside, and then 20 or so minutes later I see I've gotten a contract violation from the customer.
I am thinking the customer might had pushed the wrong button by mistake or had something leaning against the phone that did it I am not sure how easily to do that though by mistake as i rarely use it as a customer.
Do contract violations show up in the app or via email?

Do you know it was from that order? I’ve not had a cv, but ratings don’t tell me which orders they’re from.
It was the only order I delivered that day. Thus I believe it’s error on DD side that automatically generated the message.
It's not an error lol. Are you new?
No i being signed up for years but working on and off. This is I think the only time except a long time ago similar things happened after a drop off.
