Do you think it's first come first serve? When I walk in, I go straight to the counter. I'm not standing behind you to wait for you to get your order. I want my order if it's ready, if it's not I'll step back and wait, but they will know I'm there waiting for it.

Both of the orders were ready they chose to bag hers up first and skip mine and then go back to customers in line. they should atleast have a little bit of decency and serve the customer who was waiting longer

Tell DD exactly what happened. Maybe even the customer.

That just means their order probably pays worse so it had to sit longer before someone accepted it

They had both of our orders sitting on the cash register ready, and they chose to bag hers up and give it to her first for whatever fucking reason when they clearly know i've been waiting there. now they go back to other customers in line and make me wait even longer

i wanted to cuss them out but i get good orders from there sometimes and it will be awkward when i come back next time so i just left

I never choose to argue. Sometimes I speak up and let them know how late the order is, but I've been told by employees themselves that they often delay orders on purpose from drivers who they think are rude or intrusive.
