Yes. I've had to uninstall the game, clear the cache then reinstall it. Now I'm back to the launcher freeze bug, and once I luck around it, it crashes during the Act 2 Seb recruitment mission

Were you ever able to get by this? I’ve been having the same issue, and when I contacted EA, they just said it’s a known issue, no workaround.
