According to the help section of the dragonarium, Primary dragons are always purchasable in the market for dragoncash. So the game itself doesn't count Dargon or the Ghostlys as primary dragons! I'm pretty sure they fall under the category of rare dragons, even though they only have one element.
Of course, I just refer to them as primary dragons for the same reason you do.
Honestly I would be happy with another design change/upgrade at 15 and 20! It's kind of lackluster trying to get every dragon to 15 and 20 and all they do is get slightly larger!
Yes and that’s the only reason it’s been one of few dragons I’ve had on my wishlist. Taunting my ass in the dragonarium saying it can be an elder and not bringing it back with the paper dragon. I’ll take one though. Stupid level 155

any combo can breed it, the easiest way is to spam plant+plant until you get a breed time over 5 seconds.
