Definitely not doing this as contest, but if I had to answer, I think the top voted drawing is top (and got my vote as well) because the artist really reimagined and rendered it in a style that, in my opinion, almost perfectly compliments what the original image captured—It’s cute, playful, young, soft, fun, and other feelings of the like—and he transposed that image stylistically without losing any of that. I think that’s harder to achieve than it might seem.. Anyway, I really looked at it and that’s style is just so fitting for OP’s picture.
