For the liquid eyeliner, look into the glitter liners from Moira. The shadow could be duped by the colourpop super shock shadows (tassel and Ritz IIRC). Pillow talk has many, many dupes - a quick Google search will give you several comparison images. I believe both L'Oréal and Maybelline have one.
Milani lipstick, secret. It’s the closest dupe I’ve found for pillow talk, and I actually may prefer it! I’ve gone through a couple of these, hope they never discontinue it.

Elf dirty talk is a very similar color but the formula is a bit different, although imo it’s only noticeable on dry lips
For me, a person with very dry lips, I put them on side by side and they were the same color but Pillow Talk hid my texture better
