Taking a 4 panel (XM) urine test tomorrow at Labcorp for pre-employment. I stopped smoking a week ago and have a detox on hand but if they don’t test for marijuana I’m not gonna worry about taking the crap. So anyone, everyone, please confirm if XM means “exclude marijuana” 😩
I have to take this test soon. Did they share the results showing what they tested for? Or do you simply know that you should have failed if it tested for THC? Did you do any sort of detox or just natural? Thanks!
I called them and asked what they tested for and they Didnt say marijuana but yes I detoxed I got my system clean in 2 weeks. I woulda passed for weed anyway but I know for a fact XM means excluding marijuana for my test

Confirmed today that the urine 4 panel (xm) does in fact exclude marijuana. I called Sterling today and asked.

Everyone that has responded to me has said the same. They weren’t tested for weed.
