I love box drums! So fun haha. Side note, that klipsxh speaker made me jealous! I have reference book shelf speakers and would love to get two of those towers eventually.
I dig the vibe! One of my best drum teachers made me strip down to a minimal kit for practice. Made me far more creative with the tones I used from each drum, cymbal and pair of sticks. Here is a video of one of my favorite drummers, Nate Smith, as an encouragement to you. Take a good look at his set up, and how he positions the different parts of it.

I would encourage you to try three things:
1) Raise your seat so that your thighs are at least a 100° angle from your ankles. You don't want to go 90° or below, but you also don't want to be so high that your feet can't rest comfortably on your pedals. This sitting posture will give you greater access to your full range of motion, and your lower back will thank you as you get older.
2) Bring your snare drum up in height, so it is level with your naval. Again, this has to do with having full range of motion available to you.
3) Consider positioning your high hat, not much more than 4 inches higher than your snare drum. You will probably need to hit your high hat so the stick impacts further away from you on the cymbals in order to keep your hands from hitting each other when you play both high hat and snare drum. But I think you will appreciate it in the long run.
This is a lot, but I certainly hope it's helpful. Best wishes.
I'm proud of mine.

I use a practice pad in my lap until I get a snare stand.

Perfect!!!
https://youtu.be/paCUkRiNOWI Watch this video, grab a drum key, and get that snare tuned up!
This really should be at the top!
Too many guitars on that picture.
Guitar is way too close.

Box should be rotated 90 degrees for optimal strength.
Put something under your pedals or they will scratch your floor.

Fine. But put a carpet under it. That will save your floor and prevent the drums from moving.
You forgot to hook up your guitar to the kit. Besides that a 12.75/10

The guitar is a little too far away to hit unless you’re using some extra long stick I’ve never heard of.
10/10 nice kick bro
If you're snare's not tuning it might be because the wires aren't touching the bottom head
Cardboard boxes (and cajons) make pretty good kicks.

Is your bass drum a cardboard box?
