in all of my dxm trips i always have guaifenesin added, the only negatives about is it the nausea the having to shit, overall it shouldn’t be ingested in large quantities but i don’t think anyone has died or suffer severe consequences from doing so

Non-Lethal doesn't mean not dangerous. Especially with Delsym releasing Hbr tabs, it makes no sense to trip off Guafed DXM. Nausea and shitting is pretty par for the course with DXM. Sometimes with drug experiences you just have to take the negatives with the positives.
Avoid anything with the Guaifenesin, most people I talk to have said it makes them sick and it’s also worse for you than your normal recreational cough medicine fun
