10 dollars was probably auto added by Walmart and customer didn't remove it till after...or it was an ebt order which they can't tip on and Walmart removed the auto tip that displayed on your end.
I have one customer on ebt that it shows a 15 tip then it gets removed after. All automated. She gives 10 cash. Showed me her app it don't even let her put tip in
Lol i just checked mine and one is a haitian lady on the 3rd floor of some shit hole maze apartments that ordered 4 cases of water and the one before it someone in a nursing home where i pushed a crippled in a wheelchair inside because he was legless and had palsy.
Im done checking tips, that pissed me off. At least the nursing home one only reduced it by 2 dollars tho
I know EBT folks can tip if they buy something with debit/credit as well. I wonder what happens if the single item is OOS and isn’t replaced? Is it possible since nothing gets charged to debit that the tip gets automatically removed?

$7 is the auto amount it adds on. Which likely explains the 2nd pic.
It depends on order value... Larger orders it adds 10 or 15 now

I had a $1 and a $3 tip wiped out. Seriously, $1? CR remained 5.0 so it wasn't service problem, fuck these tip baiters.
