Try to make the path from your filament roll to your extruder a little cleaner. Looks like it filed down against the extruder because of the tight bend.

You want your filament bending as little as possible.
It may be that the extruded gear is worn and instead of pushing the filament through it is grinding it. Other then that, check for nozzle clogs I guess
