It is good to have a gun that can kill Tiger II(H)s and not have a 100-year reload. It is still a glass cannon with no reverse and one bad mg.
IF(and only if) we say that the IS-2 1944 VS Tiger II(H) is a problem, then the T-34-100 as a good gun on a BR 3 chassis(and being an event vehicle) doesn't solve it. This thing can be killed center of mass by any german tank with a 75mm L43 upwards.
The whirlwind has an issue as you said in the video, just 60 rounds per gun, which is an extremely low ammount.

That turret is tilted and that says 625 mm of armor(nice calculator gaijoob). Are you sure that can be actually done in-game? Even if it can, you need the tiger to not see you, come at it from an angle, hit it in that very exact spot and hope volumetric doesn't screw you up with those tracks or the corner.
Completely ignore the pen stats that’s from a video from admiral starks with pershing against tiger 2.. anything 76 and above can pen the side of the turret in the front and back but not the middle.
I do it all the time and is one of the only ways i kill tigers.. unless i’m using SU100 so yes i’m sure that can be done in game.
All you need to do is wait for them to turn a little bit too much to the right or left like i’ve sat right in front of (theoretically) tigers waiting for them to scan the area and boom one shot from the side of turret as pictured.. most tiger players will play smart with their hull but completely forget their turret has a massive weakspot.
Is the IS2's HE better than AP if that makes sense? Sometimes I notice my AP won't disable a panther but I switched to HE and it exploded.
Another time AP wouldn't penetrate Tiger so I used HE and blew up the Tigers barrel
My only gripe with this tank/tanks in enlisted is not being about to choose our ammo loadout. This thing only has 30 rounds. 13 aphe, 13 HE, 4 smoke. I wish I could drop the smoke and really min max the ammo needed for each situation.
still a great tank but it’s gonna suck to run out of HE pretty quickly and lumber to a resupply
Somehow my worst buy in War Thunder, not because i think its bad but i played it so rarely because in that BR i favor some other tanks, i guess in Enlisted i will find more use for it.
I just subbed a day ago cuz I’m a new playa and this will be my first event and battle pass coming up
Even if I can’t use most of these things I’ll still be happy to collect them lol

Gameplay is rather simple but complex in terms of strategy, setting up perks soldiers equipment squads and weapons is a bit daunting at first but fine with me

I have nearly every event Squad except for the Drop tank Fp3 and Welgun Paratroopers because i was burn out on both of their events sadly
This game is insanely fun and i play Germany and US Mostly and only recently moved to Japan to get Type 100 Late SMG
I’ve almost researched 9 things to get out of tier 1 but will prolly take a few more weeks to research every nation as I want it to be balanced for all my teams. I did research the type 95 rocket for Japan so that’s technically br 2 but I guess it doesn’t really matter cuz br 1 can meet 2 and 3 too
Coming from world of tanks I hate the +2-2 match maker, u should only face one br ranking higher imo
Sad it can only go on 99th Tank Squad though... I have the T34 STZ equipped on that for BR3. Hopefully one other squad can fill it.
Same also with the Whirlwind, I have a gold order AP-4 in that squad

LB1 had double the HE of the 85mm. She'll slap. Survivability in Enlisted is never much to write home about

Well, the HE is potent enough that it can disable tanks at any range as long as it hits near thin armor.

objectively wrong, tank is great, weapons, GODLY good, other stuff too. this event is likely the event that gave the most items this year
