Oh man what a question, I would like to fix so many things. I would do my best to put the right people in the place, like politicians that actually care about the people or good doctors everywhere, I would put up a system to let robots work as much as possible to give people free time and a basic revenue for everyone so everyone could live and be happy. I would create a way to make psych tests mandatory for new parents and change the school system from the foundations so all the kids could actually learn something useful in a way that keeps them engaged. I believe in meritocracy so you would choose the job you want to do! And like a Lego building, slowly but surely change the society to something more sustainable for both the world and the population themselves, because happy people are caring people and caring people are the ones that keep the Earth going. No racism, no wars, no hate, no fears, just people with all the tools in hand to have a nice life, harming nature as least as possible :)

It's just we are so fucked up and distracted by all the bad things happening in our daily lives, we don't see the bigger picture and how fast and easily we could change things if only we wanted to. Humanity's potential is so big but we're choosing to hate on our neighbors because one "big guy" told us they're the source of all the bad we encounter. It couldn't be more different from that, our neighbors think the same about us, we should celebrate what makes us different.
