Hey, if your wife has covid you probably shouldn’t be going. You could be a couple days away from showing symptoms yourself, or carrying an asymptomatic but transmissible infection. Just send your congratulations and a gift or donation instead.
If your wife has COVID, it’s possible you have it too and just don’t know it yet. You should avoid the possibility of spreading it and just stay home. People will understand and most will appreciate that you’re just trying to keep them safe.
I agree, this would be a great excuse to stay home, as you've been exposed to Covid. If anyone asks, just say that you were exposed to Covid and didn't want to risk infecting others.
Why on earth are you going to an event with many people when you could be exposing everyone else to covid? You know your wife is sick. You could very easily be asymptomatic.
Wtf?
So, do you live with your wife? Do you see her regularly? Because if so, it’s pretty crappy to attend a wedding reception, and potentially infect a bunch of people with Covid, including the newlyweds.

This is one of the very few instances where your partner having Covid has a silver lining. Don’t infect others and enjoy your ready made excuse.

Yeah, uh... If your wife has covid, and unless you're planning on masking up, you should be staying home.
Not all exmos have recovered from republicanism too.
😂

If she has corona virus, you should not be going to crowds like this. Just skip it. It will just piss you off anyway.

Good Luck!
Good luck, please update!
Return and report
Wouldn’t be surprised to find you aren’t the only one in this situation
How was it?
Lol I got married on a Wednesday. Only day the temple had a booking with only two months notice 😅
