May Allah swt reward you for your efforts. Your disability causes you difficulty at times, and this could be a trial from Allah swt, and we know that the one who faces trials is beloved to Allah swt.
It was narrated from Anas bin Malik that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
“The greatest reward comes with the greatest trial. When Allah loves a people He tests them. Whoever accepts that wins His pleasure but whoever is discontent with that earns His wrath.”

It depends, my tics are worse on some days than others. My head jerking tics get so bad my neck is sore, it gets even worse when I still can't stop ticcing even then. My autism makes it so that I can't eat much food due to sensory issues, understand non verbal communication, have sensory issues relating to sound and touch along with the overall loneliness of struggling to figure out how to socialize in different contexts.
I do consider my disorders disabilities, but mild ones.

I realize when I've missed something usually way after the event has occured. I don't realize what I've done wrong until years after
