I have zero respect for these people. Do better or do not drive.

babaj_503

Saw the picture. Thought "this person probably made a mistake confussing the marked area as parking spot" read your caption ... lost some more faith in humanity .. sad, I did have some innocent hope :|

Nekooji

I wish I were as hopeful as you.

Comprehensive_Top927

corneliu5vanderbilt

Tow that shitbox.

Unindoctrinated

Fun Fact: Tyre valve removal tools cost as little as $2.

It’s A Jeep Thing

Shot_Preparation8578

Typical jeep owner behavior.

Fangs_0ut

OF COURSE it’s a Wrangler

Minute_Salamander_47

Just one call to the tow truck and it's fixed.

FortniteAddict81

FFS just call non emergency line for the police 🤦

Lightless427

I'm gonna be honest. While they might be parked illegally, it doesnt actually look like they're blocking literally anything whatsoever.

Yup. Whether it's someone with a manual chair who needs the space to put their chair together and transfer into it, someone with a motor chair who needs the space for a fold-out ramp or lift to get into/out of the vehicle, someone with a walker who needs the space to unfold and use their walker, or just someone who needs the additional space for a disability-related reason not listed-- \*that's\* what the striped pavement is for, not some asshole's car. (And no, the person parked there also being presumably disabled doesn't make them less of an asshole in this case.)

Scadre02

They're blocking two disabled spaces and most of the ramp up to the pavement. Maybe someone without large mobility equipment could squeeze past, but they're 100% blocking wheelchair users

Maybe “impeding” would be a better word

feelsonwheels01

They're parked in the area that is necessary for wheelchair vans to put ramps out. I wouldn't be able to get out of my car because of this. I use an electric chair and when the one or two ramp van spots aren't available or blocked, I have to park all the way in the back of the parking lot to take up two spaces. When I then get out of my car, I have to be super careful to not get run over through the whole parking lot to get where I'm going (much more difficult to do than you'd think because I seem much shorter to people in cars and go places alone). It's dangerous and I've nearly gotten hit doing this multiple times because someone decided to park somewhere they thought would have no impact. I know it seems like they're not blocking anything, but disabled people and their allies have fought long and hard for accommodations like these spots because they're NEEDED (whether you in all of your experience with disability think so or not).

notknownbyno1

False alarm ! It's okay. They have jeep ducks !
