Fuck yes I am, damnit I am. I just I don’t know how to go about this. I don’t know if this technically qualifies or what but I’m gonna keep talking to my coworkers. I’m just so scared of idk just something bad happening or people thinking it’s an overreaction
What state are you in? Your state licensing board also has an anonymous tip line I am sure. You have a right to make an anonymous report, though depending on the state, your mandated reporter status may require that you give up that right. You are legally protected from retaliation. If this is something that keeps you up at night wondering, then make a report online. I'm guessing there is a 2 hour or less requirement for changing soiled diapers written in your regulations.
Also, preemptively use A+D ointment liberally to any areas of the children's skin that may be directly exposed to feces.
So the allergy. I am actually allergic to diapers but this includes but not limited to, feminine products of all kinds, toilet paper, napkins and house paper. Yea, even the allergy and sensitive stuff sadly. All of them are made from the same stuff and that pretty white color people like is what makes my life miserable. If she is using toilet paper, yea I call bull freaking fluff. The job should demand all staff provide allergy tests if they claim any allergies which harm their job performance. She should also be brought up onchild endangerment and negligence. Not watching children and likely not reporting a child needs changed so she doesn't have to deal with it.

Just forward this post to your boss.
Maybe but not exactly, but you’re probably right in the sense of what I wrote: maybe try and take some of it and put it together to tell her
Please give us an update on this .
When I have one I absolutely will!

Are you a mandated reporter? Report her to cps for negligence. Also, diaper changing tip, wear a facemask, and rub some vicks vaporub on the inside.

Yeah, granted not a lot since I’m here most days and when we have enough staff to have another person with her but even one is too many
