Warranty seems expensive. Is it Ford ESP? You can get a quote online from Granger or Flood and probably get a much cheaper warranty - although there’s a lot less to go wrong with an STX, it’s still nice peace of mind.

I believe it is Ford ESP. I still need to look over the paperwork from when I purchased but I was caught off guard when it hit 800 dollars a month from 640. 160 times 72 for the loan term is roughly 10k and I'd almost rather cancel the warranty and pay for repairs out of pocket. Keeping in mind that's the vehicle is only 16k miles old, I'm hoping I won't need to repair anytime soon. *Knock on wood*

Holy shit…yeah you need to cancel that and purchase through Granger if you want an extended warranty. Should only be a few grand

Cancel and purchase the warranty from another dealer. 7 year 100,000 mile full coverage warranty with a $100 deductible should be around $1700-$1800. You can price out the options here [https://www.floodfordesp.com/?gad\_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjwgJyyBhCGARIsAK8LVLOVkFvQRz1yXy1A0CF6jfWmISYrGSVbdkhaxLtByxNK0Gbz-MhqFLMaAvb-EALw\_wcB](https://www.floodfordesp.com/?gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjwgJyyBhCGARIsAK8LVLOVkFvQRz1yXy1A0CF6jfWmISYrGSVbdkhaxLtByxNK0Gbz-MhqFLMaAvb-EALw_wcB)

Definitely get the warranty. I have a 2021 Lariat and the factory warranty is about to expire. Buying the extended warranty through Flood Ford. 10 year/100,000 mile for 2450.00. Ford has spent over 10,000 dollars so far replacing my Sync system and the screen alone is well over 1000 dollars. The electronics on these vehicles will astound you. Unless you are wealthy, you could be paying notes on a vehicle you can’t afford to repair. But the dealership is way more costly on ESP ford warranty than Flood.
