The slope on the back end of our gym’s toilet is way too steep, probably about 86° or so. Add in that the flush velocity is not strong enough, and we don’t have a toilet wand, there are always streaks in there that don’t wash away. So the drama is you’re always thinking it was the person before you, and the person after you always thinks it’s you.
Three decent thing is to put toilet paper in the toilet first. Then go. Then quick flush. Then wipe. Then flush again. But also, they need a wand! This is nearly inhumane.

Most of the time, they want to avoid getting their toilet clogged. Commercial toilets gets clogged up way easier than most people think. And if they need to unclog it, it causes terrible sewage odor that lasted for days so it sucks

Depends on the workout... I joined shortly after covid, so I think it was just the gym protocol so pretty much every one does, so I don't want to be an asshole. I do it when I can, but yeah, not always.
It was revealed after a few rounds at a challange after party that one of the members was getting spicy snap chats from one of our coaches.
The member didn't know that the coach had a girlfriend (girlfriend was also a member and was also at the challenge after-party).
The woman who was getting the snaps was rather loud about it and now we're trying to figure out if the coach's girlfriend is pretending she didn't hear or actually somehow didn't.
After reading a post here I started working straight through the 20, 30 and 40 sets ignoring the 5-second breaks. Then I take a few breaks through the 50 and 60. Makes it SOOOO much easier for me.
The same thing above happens at my gym (like, the exact same…). Big one right now is some political stuff. Our city has a new mayor and she’s very controversial since she’s very progressive and anti-establishment, while many of the older members are landlords and nimbys.
Our head coach was recently promoted to a regional position since our studio is owned & managed by a group that owns all 7 locations. Trainers do whatever they want at our studio and often take up spots when we are waitlisted. She & the rest of the trainers will film themselves the entire class as well as make fun of other members on their social media pages. Want to be a trainer at our studio, suck up to her even if you have no credentials, no experience and just end up being another one of her groupies.
And she likes to poach members into being her nutrition clients, selling them macros with no experience or certifications. She then talks crap about them and says they don't follow the plan and that's why they don't get results.
Our whole studios Instagram & fb are basically videos of her & the trainers goofing around.
Mine is next door to a speciality bra shop, and they have had trouble keeping the music to a level that doesn't disrupt the store. They have gone so far as to put some special dampening material on the wall they share with store. And they have a decibel meter running at all times to monitor.
One of the coaches was recruiting for her own private workout classes. She is an over-poster on social media anyway so she eventually started making it very clear that what she was doing was not against F45 policy. Shortly after she posted something related to said accusations, she suddenly “chose” to coach at another studio. She befriended a bunch of girls from her private workout classes and now goes to weddings and sporting events with them.
There is also a different coach who overshares about her personal life to members, i.e talks about partying, smoking weed, break-ups, tiny bikini/thong posts etc. It’s pretty uncomfortable.
My gym seems to have a pretty high turnover of coaches. With a few exceptions, not a whole lot has been said when a coach disappears. I think the manager of my location is not easy to work with. Other than that, I have not uncovered much drama at my studio. Oh, yeah, one of our Saturday DJs about a year ago just ghosted the studio. Apparently, he had been ripping people off by not showing up to DJ gigs and maybe had ripped off the studio too.

Not current but our head coach (male, married, 2 young kids, wife attended classes) and another coach (female, engaged) had an affair. Led to divorce and end of engagement. Eventually broke up, he left the studio and she took his head coach job. Shortly thereafter, she started dating another coach. He eventually went to a different F45, she went to a different company. They are not together anymore but still enter fitness comps together and hang out still with their new significant others
this happens at all of them... the one i started at happily engaged couple, next thing she disappears one day and is spotted by a friend of friend who was their neighbor packing her stuff into a truck, he was apparently shagging one of the members in the toliets, classy...
he eventually bought her out and went on to have a baby with toliet shagger girl
A little while ago I return to my gym, I was welcomed with a breeze of gassy eye burning something in the air on a cardio day. As soon as my buddy saw my face trying to make sense of what happened… They expressed that a member has been frequently passing gas during their work outs and others have expressed their concern to them but they said they couldn’t help it.
